David decorated throughout my house. Previous occupant was a heavy smoker and David neutralised the smoke stains and odour completely and decorated every room from floor to ceiling in a very skilled way. So pleased not only with the finish and result but also with his punctuality and tidiness. Every day he tidied (and vacuumed!) before leaving at the end of the day. Happily recommend David and would definitely use him in future.

David has painted and decorated my lounge and hall. David's work was exemplary and he left the rooms clear and tidy each day. Additional tasks were completed without any fuss. He was punctual and I felt from day 1 I could leave him to get on while I went out. The bungalow looks so much fresher and amazing. There were no hidden extras and what was estimated was what I paid. Looking forward to having David do the bedroom and porch.

Second time we have used Dave, initially to do the exterior of the house a few years ago, this time to do the hall, landing and stairs. Dave was always punctual and worked to a high standard, within the estimated time and budget. We are very pleased with results and his workmanship.

David Williamson painted our hallway landing and bedrooms in May 2023 and has done previous excellent work for us in the past. David is very professional arriving on time trustworthy, patient polite and all round a friendly guy. All work was completed to an excellent standard and within budget. David is very knowledgable of his trade and was extremely helpful in assisting me with paint choices. David was also very quick to respond to any questions I had which was extremely helpful. David is a perfectionist and takes great care in his work and in looking after your home making sure everything is clean and tidy before he leaves. The work was completed well within time and we were thrilled. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or recommend him for future work.

David and I prebooked the decorating months in advance as I was very tied up with work. He was true to his word and reliably turned up. He declined a deposit although it was a big job...bedroom, hall, staircase, landing, lounge and dining room and I paid as we went along. David's work was exemplary and mess was minimal. Additional tasks were dealt with with a minimum of fuss. He was punctual and trustworthy. The house looks so much fresher and sparkling. Just need the kitchen doing David!

David decorated our whole house and we were absolutely delighted with the results. His estimation of a start date was both realistic and on time. He kept us fully informed as to when he anticipated he could begin the work. His attention to detail is second to none, as is his patience and attitude, even when asked to carry out additional work above the original quote. We would not hesitate to recommend David and sincerely hope we can rely on him in the future. Thanks David, we are very happy with our home.

We needed our second floor loft conversion rooms and landing decorated, as well as our first floor landing, bedrooms and hallway redecorated. David is exemplary in his approach and extremely thorough. He had good suggestions and carried out the decoration to a high standard throughout. He is a natural perfectionist and we were very satisfied with the end result. He is very likeable and pleasant to get on with. I wish him all the best for the future.

David painted my living room, hall, stairs and landing. I wanted the work done in Spring 2022. He anticipated the work would take 2 weeks. In February 2022 he indicated he expected to be with me in early May and kept in touch to update me. He started work on 24 May. The work was completed to the timescale of two weeks and the final charge was as per the estimate. David was polite, friendly and conscientious. He arrived promptly each day and I was delighted with the methodical way in which he approached the work. He used a vacuum sander on the larger surfaces so dust was minimised and he vacuumed and cleared up as he went along. There really was no mess left for me to clear up each day which was a godsend. The preparation was really thorough and all his workmanship is of really good quality. The finish is excellent and he has real attention to detail. He was very helpful, being happy to do things like take down blinds and move furniture as needed. I have already asked him to come and decorate my kitchen next spring and would recommend him without hesitation.

From the initial contact, Dave was very quick to respond to requests for a quote. He turned up at the appointed time and submitted his estimate promptly. When a date was set for the work to start, advice about choosing paint colours was very helpful. On the day work started he arrived on time, very clean appearance and set about doing the decorating. His attention to detail was excellent and he was very meticulous in everything he did. The estimated timescale of the job was met and he left the house with a brilliant job done. I can't recommend him highly enough.

David painted our living room. He prepared carefully, filling holes and smoothing the plaster, including removing some old trunking, filling the holes this created, and creating a perfect smooth wall in line with the coving. He had quoted for walls, ceiling and woodwork, but also offered once he had started the work to paint the radiators and pipes. The result is excellent. The walls are smooth and the paintwork is perfect. He even left us some paint to touch up once we remove the curtain poles.
