About
Gaining over 20 years of experience working with CCTV in the retail industry, I established Decota in 2014 (originally named Secure Home CCTV) it was grown organically using only customer recommendations and the business experienced steady, gradual growth in its first 3 years. In 2018 it was time to grow the business further and it was re-branded ‘Decota’ ready for its online presence.
We now install, upgrade, service, and maintain CCTV systems for Domestic, Retail & Commercial premises, including system 'take-overs'.

Dean, from Decota CCTV, was very friendly and helpful from quoting for and explaining the different systems through to booking the job in and doing the installation. Everything was on time and the installation was carried out professionally and with a minimum amount of disruption. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Dean supplied and installed cctv cameras for us. He was easy to deal with, did the work efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner, turned up on time and came back to complete the work the next day after bad weather interrupted the first installation. I will certainly use him again and would definitely recommend him to others. If only all workmen were like him!

Dean carried out our yearly CCTV service and as usual, he was on time, very efficient and answered a couple of queries we had. He also moved one of the cameras to get the exact view we wanted which he didn’t expect to be doing! Would not hesitate to recommend him - so friendly and helpful and offers excellent service.
