Matt changed 2 door locks for me. I had previously sent him photos of the old locks so he came prepared for the job, however he mentioned that he also carries an extensive range of locks with him. Matt was friendly, smart, polite and professional in appearance. His work was similarly very thorough and extremely neat and tidy. He even vacuumed the area afterwards. The locks Matt fitted were high quality. He also adjusted my key safe for me and gave me contact details of another tradesman who had previously done some work for him. In summary: Matt was exceptional. Very professional and friendly, and I unhesitatingly recommend him.

From the moment we first contacted Mat he was courteous, helpful and inspiring! Nothing fazed him at all. We needed a misted up window replaced but that wasn’t the hardest part. It was a leaded double glazed window which needed to be an exact match for the rest of the conservatory as any deviation from that would be extremely noticeable. Other companies had made their excuses once they saw it but that is not how Mat operates. He set about taking the measurements and contacting his suppliers to enable him to accurately quote for the job. On acceptance, he then returned and carefully took accurate drawings to ensure a perfect result. As soon as he was informed that the window was ready to be collected he rang us to arrange fitting and even fitted it that afternoon. All of this done with a smile and little chat to reassure us that all would be perfect and indeed it was!! Mat is a lovely chap, hard-working and so polite. We certainly wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again for any door, window or lock jobs and would definitely encourage everyone else to do likewise! A real honest tradesman and a quality craftsman.

I had a UPVC window that I was unable to open. I phoned Mat and he came out within a couple of hours. He opened the window and replaced the locking mechanism for me. His price was very fair and he completed his work cheerfully and in a very friendly manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.

Mat responded to my emailed enquiry, extremely promptly, by phone call. He was able to attend the following day to find the problem with my door not locking and replaced the lock. I was very happy with the overall association with Delta Forge Locksmiths, and would recommend without hesitation.
