The job required the current bathroom tiles to be removed and to then re-tile bathroom and fit a new bath screen. Good guidance and advice was provided from Darren throughout the process. One item I had purchased from a company (which Darren fitted) turned out to be faulty - Darren very kindly followed up with the company I purchased from himself. The bathroom looks really nice - I’m pleased with how the tiles look. Sadly there was a downfall which was the condition in which my open plan front room was left. Every single surface was coated in a layer of dust from the floor & kitchen worktops to the leaves on the plants & the TV remote control. This was a shock to come home to and I spent almost 4 hours cleaning. When I raised this with Darren he apologised (advising he ran out of time), but I don’t think it’s acceptable to leave someone’s home in that way. I feel that the furniture etc. should have been covered to be protected from the dust & dust & debris on the floor hoovered.

Re-tiled bathroom floor and walls. Initial consultation was informative and everything was discussed. Quote and start date arrived soon after and the start date was within a month. Provided measurements so we could order enough tiles. Tiles didn’t arrive in time for initial start date (our fault), a new date was discussed and arranged with no problems from either side. Work was done efficiently and he kept himself tide during the process. Finished on time and work looks great. Highly recommend and will re-use for future projects.

Darren tiled 3 bathroom walls and floors beautifully with intricate niches and decorative inlays included. The attention to detail was impressive, centralising and lining things up we hadn't even thought of to create a highly professional finish. Even the other trades we had in were complimentary. The quotation was handled in great detail and Darren confirmed all our choices during the job in case we'd changed our minds in the meantime, even improving on our original grout colours once the tiles were up. There were no surprises in the final bill. I can't recommend DGL Tiling highly enough.

Darren took up all the laminate flooring we had in the kitchen and utility room and relaid large porcelain tiles. The quotation we received was very reasonable and we were informed of the time it would take to complete the work. He came to our home beforehand to review what had to be done and to measure up. I was very impressed by his professionalism and how hard he worked from start to finish. Darren was always on time, extremely polite and nothing was too much trouble. At the end of each day he would tidy up and left everything in its place ready to start work again the following morning. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and have already got a supply of his business cards in case anyone should need a tiler, he was that good. Thank you Darren.
