We are Worcester Gold Accredited Installers and are able to offer an 10 year guarantee as standard on new domestic gas boilers. We also install on a commercial gas level in Schools, Colleges and all other commercial properties.

We had long term issues with our heating in a complex house and a number of previous tradespeople had failed the spot the cause. Dan assessed how to revive radiators that were previously stone-cold or luke-warm and how to stop the system filling in reverse. Cost effective work, because the system is working more efficiently and all zones are warmer. Polite, accurate fixes done right first time by his employee.

I've used DGP twice now, first time for a system flush on my heating and the second time to remove a bathroom towel warmer and install a new radiator. In both instances Dan was fantastic, punctual, patient and an expert in his trade. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and am delighted to have found such a reliable contractor for any future plumbing or heating works.

Asked around our friends for a recommendation as our previous "go to" heating engineer had retired. DGP's name came up and we have used them for boiler repair and service and radiator valve repair and replacement jobs over the last six months. All work has been completed promptly and professionally with honest, knowledgeable assessments of the issues and repairs implemented smoothly and on time. To be honest I don't think they're the cheapest but paying more for great service and peace of mind is more than worth it and we will be happy to use them again in the future.

I’ve used DGP for the last 7 years for various jobs including bathroom fittings, kitchen appliances and the recent job was connecting a new rad to the system. Every plumber I've used at DGP have been super professional, very friendly and courteous and always leave the place clean and in tact. Good plumbers are hard to find, grateful for knowing this firm!

We have been using DPG for a number of years now. They have put in a new boiler for us, modernised our heating system with new radiators, thermostat, etc. put in a dog wash shower outside, do the annual boiler service, and in between respond to our sometimes frequent cries for help! Burst pipes, leaks, no hot water.....we have had the latter two in the past couple of days. Dan is amazing and responds to emails so quickly, then comes to sort out the problem so quickly too. I call him the 'fourth emergency service'. If we aren't going to be in we just leave him a key so he can let himself in! He's totally reliable and very cheerful and friendly. Can't fault DPG in any way, and definitely deserve top marks!

DGP were our preferred company to work on our boiler replacement. Old boiler a closed system including water tank was the original for a new build completed in 2007 and a make and type no longer serviced etc. even by the manufacturer! Changes in legislation had proven challenging for those around us in seeking much needed replacement of the same system. We sort 6 quotes and opinions, Dan was the most thorough in his assessment of our need and possible solutions to avoid significant changes to location etc. the quote was competitive and the most detailed we received providing us with assurance all avenues had been considered and included as a final costed project. The work was scheduled for 3-4 days but was completed in 2! Dan and Luc planned the work perfectly arriving when they said they would and treating our home with respect. They worked non stop and we were amazed how much happened in the first two hours with all deliveries arriving and scaffolding erected by third party. It was great observing how well they worked together demonstrating to us at least how much they enjoyed their work. The quality of the work we could not fault it was exceptional , they were extremely tidy at all times. For what could have been the biggest job carried out in our home with most risk and potential stress, their approach and management proved this concern to be just that and never a reality! I strangely am looking forward to winter without worry re boiler surviving the season!

DGP identified and fixed long-term issues in our old and complex house. They applied logic to work out issues, making sure that the work they did got to the solution. Dan diagnosed and ensured the job was completed. Luke was tidy, courteous and very good at his job (and 10 minutes early!) on both visits. Good value for money as a result, getting the entire system working without major upheaval.

The time from quotation, which was highly detailed in what was going to be done, and starting the work was very quick. The DGP team of Luc and Jack were very proficient and completed the job of replacing the old boiler and fitting the new one within a morning. They were very tidy and personable and I would certainly use them again and recommend them.
