Dave came to clean our carpets in lounge, landing and stairs. His equipment looks very professional and he is very pleasant. The results are fabulous. The carpets were quite heavily muckied by our dog. What a result! Dave worked really hard and it looks like a different carpet. We couldn't be more pleased. Don't hesitate to use this company. Had Dave 2 years ago to do suite...came up like new! Had him back to clean carpets in lounge, stairs & landing. Some bad marks which he got rid of. Carpet has come up beautifully. Dave is polite, professional, reliable and is reasonably priced. I've recommended him to a neighbour and I'd have him back in a shot!

Dave has been here several years ago, the job he did then was excellent. I text him at the weekend and he booked me in at 11.15am on the Monday. He came at the booked time, the job is superb, I'm absolutely delighted, the carpet looks new! There was a stain on the top stair, I showed it to Dave, he knew exactly the cause, the stain has gone which is amazing! We'll definitely have him back again. Dave is so professional, so pleasant, will go the extra mile if it's needed, just couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

We had Dave out today to clean our couch and rug after a leak in the bathroom caused our living room ceiling to fall through. As you can imagine both the couch and rug were covered in dust, dirt and old bits of plaster (I thought we were going to need a new couch) Dave came in and cleaned it all up for us and they both look as good as new. I couldn’t be happier with the service. Thank you Dave!

The man who came round was great and explained everything and answered every question that I asked him. This is the first time that I’ve had my Sofa Cleaned and so I did have quite a few quick questions , the Sofa looked fabulous on the initial inspection only small down side, which is why I reduce the score slightly is there is still a couple of small stains on one of the arms of the Sofa, but this was after checking it after the person had left., I’ll definitely be using them again. They were very professional and they’re really good company

I contacted this company on 05/01/2023 to have my yard cleaned as it currently has a bit of a moss problem, the first person I spoke with was friendly and advised that it was no problem but he'd have to get his colleague to call me back, a few minutes later I received a call back from the colleague who explained the service to me and everything that would be required along with a price. The person advised that it would be £90 for a full clean and disinfect/deodorising and I advised this would be fine. We talked about potential dates however, the person advised this would need to be paid in cash or by bank transfer and that I would need an alley gate key to make the process easier. I asked if this could be paid by card as I wished to use card to pay for this and I would get back in touch once I had an alley gate key, to which the person responded that "If I don't hear from you, I'll get in touch with you" I said that this was great. I since ordered an alley gate key and have been waiting for it to be sent to me however, this morning, I received a call from the second person I spoke to advising that they have me booked in for today, I advised that no, nothing was confirmed and that I was waiting for a alley gate key to be delivered - the person on the line then said: "Well it's a good thing I didn't drive all the way to you, I have the confirmation in front of me" I asked for this to be re-sent to me as I received nothing and he simply responded "Find someone else now"

Dave was super friendly and communicated well. He arrived at the time we agreed and did a sterling job. Super friendly and got the job done. Will be using this company again.

We used the dirt busters for some carpet cleaning, they was in a really bad way and we move house soon. They was so quick literally took 45 mins to do 3 bedrooms, the carpets smell amazing, the carpets look better than I thought they would! Will definitely be using them again for our new home. I’ve just had my stair carpet and three bedrooms cleaned by Dirtbusters. Originally it was meant to only be two bedrooms but I asked on arrival if they would mind doing the extra one which is my daughters bedroom. There was quite a lot of makeup stains on the carpet and I wasn’t expecting them to all come up. As only 50% of the stains came up they told me they wouldn’t charge me for the extra room. I was grateful for that as they still cleaned the room and the carpet looked fresher. The job was done quickly and to a high standard, it was a good price and and both men were friendly and professional. Will definitely use again!

Did a great job on our stair carpet. We have a Labrador and so there was a lot of hairs and mud to clean and they left it looking brand new. Very quick and professional service. Would reccomend

David was extremely prompt and polite, he cleaned and re textured both my leather suites He was clean and tidy in carrying out the work, taking care not to damage anything in the rooms. I can only agree with all the other excellent reviews. Dave arrived exactly when he said he would, he was very polite, chatty and respectful. He quickly got to work and efficiently cleaned my 1 and 2 seater to a great standard (and it was quite grubby)! His service was good value for money too. I would certainly use him again without hesitation and recommend his work very highly.

Dirtbusters accepted my booking and were really great with contact - providing prices etc in emails beforehand. Dirtbusters arrived to my allocated appointment with such a friendly attitude I felt really at ease with this stranger in my home. Talked through the process with me, pointed out stains / areas of concern and provided realistic expectations. I went upstairs and left him to work and when he called out when he was finished the SMELL of my carpets hit me immediately - really fresh !!! I was delighted with the service, carpets have a new life to them, SO clean !!! And he even managed to lift a massive orange patch of an iron bru stain that nothing else could lift. I found him to be such an honest tradesman I would recommend him to anyone and will be a returning customer myself x

I decided to use Dave as I was impressed by his honesty after we communicated by text. Dave advised that because of the type of leather on my sofas I wouldn’t notice a difference. I wanted them cleaned anyway and was not disappointed. I did notice a difference. Sofas looked great. Dave was careful to cover other areas, he was punctual and courteous. I have today had my carpets cleaned by Dave at Dirtbusters. Let me first start by saying how polite, courteous and thoughtful he was (I’m incapacitated) to me. I have just moved in my flat and the old carpets were in desperate need of a good clean. He has done an awesome job of cleaning them, way better than I expected. Called Dave as an emergency following soiling to a carpet. As ever Dave responded really promptly. He checked it out, suggested the right remedy and did a brilliant job returning it to as new looking. While here we cheekily asked him to clean our stairs and landing. Once again an excellent job. Dave has visited us several times. He is always timely, knowledgeable, a very tidy worker and always has a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody who wants the best standard of work completed.

Our young kids have put everything imaginable on our carpets and upholstery but Dave returned them to new. I am so pleased with the results from Dave cleaning my sofa, footstool and armchair along with four dining chairs. All were stained as a result of my little boy and his adventures and I had contemplated purchasing a new sofa set but thought I would price getting it cleaned first. Dave pricing was really reasonable compared to other quotes I had received but what made me instruct Dave was the speedy response to my emails, he always replied within an hour or two whether it was early morning or late evening and was always extremely pleasant. The sofa set came up really well and the dining chairs were like brand new! They also smelt fantastic and I am so pleased and grateful to Dave. I would highly recommend to anyone considering using his services.

Dave came to my rescue after throwing a protein shake across my new sofa. He did a great job and a good price. I’ll be calling him to come and put a stain guard on in the next few weeks.

Dave contacted me within an hour of leaving him a message and came to clean my carpet a couple of days later. He did a great job and the carpet looks and smells so much better. We didn't get time to move all of the furniture but Dave moved it for us. Will definitely use the company again, probably sooner rather than later due to our big, hairy, smelly dog.

Dave cleaned my leather couch this morning and it looks brand new again despite its advancing years! Dave was on time, friendly and professional and worked to an excellent standard. This is the second time I've used Dirtbusters I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave is a lovely man who came and done the job of cleaning our stairs/landing and sofas better than we expected, they both came up lovely and smelt amazing, an added bonus for us was the free spot cleaner which is eco friendly and comes in handy when you have a busy house of children and grandchildren who can have lots of spillages 🙈 We would highly recommend Dave and will be using his services again soon.

Tal came to jetwash my front drive and back patio. Very professional, on time and got on with the job in hand. Lovely guy, very down to earth. Lovely guy to have in your home cleaning your carpets, very chatty, done a fab job getting all the stains out and carpets smelt divine right through my large 4-bed house. All looking brand new again. Great value for money. I have used Dave for the last 10 yrs and would highly recommend him.

Dave came out and done our 3 piece suite and after 3 visits the suite has been marked by the machine used. We have had to put a claim into the company's insurance. And to get covers we have been quoted £1000 replacing would be more. Insurance have offered £400. What can I say

I had my drive and patio cleaned. I'm very happy and satisfied by the work carried out by Tal. Worth every penny, also very competitive price. My drive and Patio are like new. He brightened my day, such an upbeat man. 5 star and would definitely use their company again. Highly recommended.

Dave, managed to remove a coffee spillage from out lounge carpet, which I was concerned would not come out. He came out the same day as I called him to assess the damage, then came back later in the day to complete the job. Excellent service and great job done. Very pleased with the results.

Many thanks for doing such a great job and making the suite look brand new. I was impressed with the professionalism and the way he protected existing floor coverings and wore over shoes. He was friendly, polite and courteous and completed the job in the time stated. I can’t recommend him more highly.

The guy came the same day we called, at the time they said they would. He was also polite and conscientious throughout. Unfortunately he couldn't get the bright blue plant food stain out, but he explained that might be the case from the beginning. We had tried to clean it with the wrong stuff and then left it for ages, so that's probably our fault. We would definitely call Dirtbusters again, and before we ruin the carpet next time.

Dave arrived on time, was very pleasant and friendly and his work was outstanding. He has cleaned a rug, two bedroom carpets and two flights of stairs and a landing carpet. He estimated the time it would take when he arrived, and wasn’t wrong. He also did as requested on his arrival which was to phone us to let us know he was outside (as we have a nervous dog, who kicks off when the doorbell rings) and then also did as asked so we could introduce the dog and then he could get on with his work. The results are amazing, all have come up like new and I will definitely use him again and happily recommend his work. I found his price very reasonable too.

Dave did a fantastic job! He cleaned the cream carpets on my stairs, landing and living room which had seen better days. I am thrilled with the results! He arrived on time, completed the job in around and hour and charged the price previously quoted. The carpets look great, and have come up better than I could ever have expected. Dave was very knowledgeable and professional and I've happily passed on his details to friends already.

He was polite and worked hard, happy to chat whenever I popped in. Many of us have had bad experiences when using new tradesmen and so I wanted to let people know that you are in safe hands with Dirtbusters. I will be using them from now on.
