You can have your product repaired in your home, by authorised Samsung experts, without it affecting your original factory warranty. If your warranty has expired, don’t worry, we warranty all repairs for 3 months, for complete peace of mind.

I had a problem with an electrical ring tripping the RCD in the consumer box. Once I had isolated it to the Fridge/Freezer, I logged on to Samsung and asked for an engineer to come and diagnose the problem. Just an hour later I had an email from DLR services ad once I paid the call out charge, they booked an engineer to attend site the next day. He txt me just before 9am and gave me a 3 hour time slot. Then called me when he was on route. He arrived before the expected time and diagnosed the fault to be a heater element in the fridge. I was once again contacted by DLR Services who ordered the part once payment had been made. 3 days later the engineer was on site and replaced the part with in 10 minutes. Very impressed with the level of customer service, the speed and quality of DLR Services. Would highly recommend them.

Had issues with fridge freezer tripping electrical supply to house. Sent email afternoon of 21st and engineer was round to fix problem the next day. So everything was repaired and back up and running within 25 hours of my initial contact with DLR Services. Engineer very thorough, would definitely use them again and recommend others to try them.

I have been thoroughly impressed both with the company and the engineer that visited me to repair my Samsung fridge. Honest and transparent (plus very reasonable) pricing. Excellent communication so I knew exactly when the parts were ordered and the cost of the repaire, when the engineer was booked in and then a text from the engineer before 9am to say what time they will arrive. Very happy with their service which I would have no hesitation in using again in the future.

Very painstaking job to empty machine which was full of water and check it. Then checks were carried out to see it was working perfectly and it is. Problem was colour catcher pieces clogging it up. Pieces removed and all ok. Very pleased. Top marks to knowledgeable engineer!

Absolutely fantastic service, the kind man that came to fix the machine was super knowledgeable, very friendly, polite and professional, explained all the issues and parts to me in a way I could understand, knew all the answers to my questions and had our machine fixed in absolutely no time at all. I will be using DLR for all of my future fridge repairs, I cannot recommend enough. Thank you for the very best service.

My washing machine was noisy. The engineer identified the fault very quickly and even had the part in stock to do the repair the same day. He kept everything clean and tidy. When the repair was compleat he ran a diagnostic to check for any other faults to which there was none. The service from DLR was very efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Very swift service. Fault reported Sunday, person round 10.30 Monday. Good communication, got texts advising of approximate then precise time. Had spare part to hand so was all fixed in 20 minutes. Very impressed

Our Samsung washing machine had a fault we could not clear. We tried the Samsung warranty line and was contacted by DLR. From start to finish it was an easy process, we were kept informed of the eta and costs. Damien the engineer was a pleasant guy to talk with, worked efficiently and explained the issue in simple terms. I have no qualms about recommending DLR to anyone following our experience.
