My washing machine was noisy. The engineer identified the fault very quickly and even had the part in stock to do the repair the same day. He kept everything clean and tidy. When the repair was compleat he ran a diagnostic to check for any other faults to which there was none. The service from DLR was very efficient and I would highly recommend them.

Very swift service. Fault reported Sunday, person round 10.30 Monday. Good communication, got texts advising of approximate then precise time. Had spare part to hand so was all fixed in 20 minutes. Very impressed

Our Samsung washing machine had a fault we could not clear. We tried the Samsung warranty line and was contacted by DLR. From start to finish it was an easy process, we were kept informed of the eta and costs. Damien the engineer was a pleasant guy to talk with, worked efficiently and explained the issue in simple terms. I have no qualms about recommending DLR to anyone following our experience.

Rang DLR couple of days ago and an appointment was scheduled for today, obviously yesterday having been an unexpected Bank Holiday. From start to finish I was kept informed of the proposed appointment date and time schedule. DAMIEN the Engineer was extremely pleasant and personable. He identified the fault on my Samsung very quickly and rectified it. Never used this company before but wouldn’t hesitate after today.

Repaired my Samsung washing machine within a couple of days

Samsung washing machine broke with a code UC. I followed the Samsung online advice to try to reset the machine. I arranged a call out, DLR contacted me on the Monday and the repair happened on the Wednesday. Good explanation of the issue, I had an option to not go ahead with replacing the circuit board at £114. Had the different components and likelihood of them breaking explained to me. So chose to have it repaired. Very pleased with this service and attention to detail.

From requesting a service call for my integrated fridge to carrying out the work required a very helpful and pleasant experience. Flexible with appointment times, phone call to let you know they were on their way with ETA on the day. Price exactly as quoted (fortunately no parts required). Will definitely be my first port of call if/when I need this type of service again.
