Found on Which "Trusted Traders" website. Of the 4 quotes requested Gary's was the most comprehensive and all-inclusive. Arrived on time, installed new CCU with no additional costs, despite work taking longer than anticipated. Also agreed to fit fused spur and install new oven while on site. Altogether a very professional service.

In our old house Gary replaced an old consumer unit, replaced defective ground floor wiring and added the cross-bonding required by current electrical specifications. We were very happy with his work. He explained carefully what he was going to do, and took trouble to keep the appearance of new wiring as unobtrusive as possible. We would certainly use him again.

Gary installed a safe power supply from the house to my shed and greenhouse - for interior lighting, exterior safety lights and power sockets. He did such a good job that you can't see any wiring or evidence that he was there. He also refitted all the under unit light fittings in the kitchen - replacing ancient with modern. Now I can see what I am cooking! Gary provided excellent advice throughout, was always on time, is a very hard worker and obviously knows his trade inside out! So he gets 100% recommendation from me. Gary has done a fantastic job doing a complete rewire of my house. I have lots of plug sockets now including some with USB sockets which are very useful with new technology. All my lights are now LED so they should be economic to run. He installed a new up to date fuse box and wired in smoke alarms. Both he and I are very pleased with the tv's he installed with no cables or boxes showing. Very neat. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advice. Although wiring is hidden in the walls, I am very proud of the work he did for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Gary.

Having recently moved into a new home which required plenty of TLC, i have engaged with numbers of different tradesman with varying degrees of success. We booked Gary to install some under cupboard lights, extra 13amp sockets and a light fitting in a bedroom. On visiting to ascertain the work involved, Gary gave us some very useful tips about suitable light fittings and types of LED bulbs to provide correct lighting at the best price. Gary sent us an on-line quote very quickly and when we arranged a date and time for the work to be carried out he arrived 'spot on'. Nothing was too much trouble for him - he even brought his own vacuum cleaner and cleaned and tidied up as he went alone. If you want an electrician who takes pride in his work and for whom nothing is too much trouble, Gary is your man.

We have just moved into a new property and are finding various electrical issues that need to be rectified. Gary provided expert guidance and advice and outlined various options both at the start and during the job. Examples of the work undertaken range from changing light switches and external LED lights to installing a video doorbell and new lights in one of the bedrooms. Gary is very friendly and approachable and very willing to make suggestions on which products to use or what can be done to resolve an issue. Prompt timekeeping and very clear communication of what would be done when and the related costs throughout the process. Value for money in terms of the work undertaken. I am eighty-nine and Gary did three small, but important, jobs for me quickly and efficiently. In the kitchen he removed the old light fitting in the ceiling, checked the wiring and put up a new light fitting. In the bathroom he supplied and fitted a fan heater with RCD. in a bedroom he removed an old style lighting pendant and supplied and fitted a new one. Gary is a very good worker.

Gary did some work for us last summer fitting lots of garden lights and wiring our new summerhouse. He also replaced some inferior work done previously by another electrician. We are so pleased with the results and everyone has commented on how good the garden looks with the new lights. Gary fitted LED lights replacing several incandescent lights in the house, garage and outdoors. He also earlier expertly fitted a colour video entry-phone. All work was done expertly to time and as quoted.

Gary carried out a full rewire of my house. He always attended when he said he would and was extremely efficient in providing a full and detailed estimate and all other paperwork. Gary replaced the old consumer unit, installed new electrical outlets in all the rooms in my house and installed two new external security lights in my terraced house. Gary did a great job helping me bring my home in to the 21st century. The lights have been upgraded, I now have remote controlled lights - which were surprisingly inexpensive and remote heating. Gary takes good care in your home, is considerate and polite.

Gary's safety check of wiring circuits revealed underrated cabling connecting an electric shower to an overrated circuitbraker. He rectified that potentially lethal combination as well as updating the Consumer Unit & numerous Ceiling Downlights. He has a very pleasant character, is reliable & efficient in all respects. Gary was recommended to me by a friend who has used him extensively herself as she manages over 100 properties in Central London. I spend a lot of my time outside of the UK and have had a number of small electrical issues in the property previously which Gary has sorted to include fully setting up my TV, dvd player, Sky and surround sound systems, all of which I had no clue what I was doing with! Usually Gary will get to me within 24 hours of calling him and if I am away, I am totally happy for him to be let in and work away on his own. On one occasion a small under-unit kitchen counter light that he fitted proved to be defective and when I mentioned it to him and just asked him to let himself in when he was next in the area, he made a special journey to come and replace the component for me which really wasn't necessary for him to do at such short notice as I still had another 5 under counter lights working. Nice Guy, very trustworthy, puts everything in writing and charges fairly. Old school ethic sparky, definitely I would recommend.

Gary has just finished a full rewire in our 1960 house, and I could not be happier with the the process and his work. From the initial quote through to finishing the job, Gary has been a Pleasure to work with. His quote was quick and competitive. He started and finished on time, was extremely tidy and respectful of our house and family, his work was first class, and he did all the extra stuff we thought up as we progressed through the job, as well as some extra stuff for free because we (not his fault) missed it on the walk through. I will be having Gary back when we change our kitchen and do other works, I have no hesitation in recommending him. I work in the electricity industry, please take my advice and get a professional and experienced electrician like Gary to work on any electrics. The alarm Gary installed had a defect, Gary did not leave until it was sorted, as a result my little daughter keeps looking under the stairs and asking for Gary! Works included all new wiring, consumer unit, wired alarm system, cat6 cabling throughout, lots of two way switching, security lights, Sky and BT wiring. I had other trades in the house while Gary was there (plasters, painters etc) and Gary worked around them, something I did not tell him at the quote stage, but he just got on with it and was flexible. Gary was recommended to us to carry out a variety of electrical work in our new house, including the installation of a new smart TV, re-positioning a variety of electrical, HDMI and internet cabling, installing new security lighting and connecting some existing CCTV cameras.
