Excellent job! Gary renovated both Toilet Rooms in our apartment, and installed a shower unit in the upstairs room. We approached Gary for a quote based on very favourable reviews on Checkatrade and our experience matched. Gary provided a thorough quote, was extremely professional, punctual and left our flat incredibly clean and tidy every day. We could not be happier with the end result. My small bathroom needed complete refurbishment. I obtained three estimates for the job but I chose Gary because his estimate was slightly cheaper and I liked his straightforward manner. The job included replacing a bath, shower, vanity unit, mirrored cupboard, radiator, vent as well as tiling and painting. The old plumbing was a mess and he sorted that out as will as replacing some old floorboards. I supplied all the new fittings. Gary removed all the rubbish. All work was done to a very high standard and I was very pleased with the result. I would certainly use Gary's services again.

Old basin removed and new vanity unit installed and made good. Gary has tidied up the tiling around the new basin so it all looks new. He spent time aligning everything perfectly (old house, walls and floor all a bit crooked and no perpendicular lines). He installed new bath panels to match the vanity unit. It all looks really good, I am very pleased. He tidied and cleaned afterwards so it looked lovely straight away.

Work was carried out promptly, with no fuss and to the agreed price which for Central London was very reasonable. The job included fixing/patching an old lead pipe between the cistern and toilet. Not an easy task as old patches had to be undone first. The tradesman was very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the work and will easily use the company next time.

Gary replaced a garden tap, sorted a toilet that wouldn't stop filling, and finished off a repair of pipework for which he'd had to get a part. All done quickly and tidily. Also discussed another non-urgent job, giving very helpful advice and suggestions. What's not to like?

Had a leak from the hot water supply pipe in a solid floor so at short notice Gary set about tracking it down for repair. Despite a confusing layout, he was able to expose the leak enabling it to be sorted. He cleared away the mess and re-screeded the trench carefully, leaving the floor ready to accept a new covering. Very reassuring job.

Gary was appointed after my initial builder left without completing the project. All I can say is thank god I contacted him. When looking to appoint a new tradesperson, the most important thing is trust and how reliable they are. Gary passes both with the highest score.
