Gary recently undertook a fairly large repair job to our en-suite bathroom. The shower tray had been fitted by a previous contractor and the tray cracked, meaning we had to remove the screen, tiles and floor. The shower screen is floor to ceiling, and extremely heavy, and the walls tiled in marble - so we wanted to be sure that we got someone who new what they were doing, not just a plumber. The quality of his work is first class, he's very laid back, polite, stuck to programme and left the work area spotless.

Gary responded to my call for urgent help and came the same evening to assess the problem. He ordered a new pump online to get the best deal and fitted it just two days later, also after working hours on a Friday evening so that we would not be without the pump and therefore our washing machine over the weekend. Gary is always polite, efficient and very tidy. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Water dripping through the ceiling is always a worry. Gary quickly identified the likely cause and fixed the leaking sink tap with minimal disruption to the fixtures in the bathroom. He returned several days later when the floor boards had dried to replace the sink pedestal. The bathroom now looks as if nothing had been done! Gary has done several jobs for me, he is totally reliable, always helpful and works efficiently. I can highly recommend him.

I recently cancelled a yearly maintenance contract because I was dissatisfied with the service provided and the cost. Gary's company have just serviced my boiler and my radiators and for the first time the whole system is working perfectly throughout the house. I am delighted with the service provided and their attention to detail. I firmly recommended them and intend to use them for all such work in the future.

The work took about 2.5hrs and Gary came in the evening, after his full working day, to help me out. The toilet couldn't be used and I needed it fixed before several guests arrived for Christmas. It was complicated but he did a great job and I am so grateful that he gave up his evening to get this sorted for me before Christmas. He tidied everything up - I disposed of all the rubbish as he couldn't do that at 9.30pm which is when he finished. I was recommended Gary by some friends and I had seen his work at their house - I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

I'd had a couple of plumbers out to look at this simple job only to be told that they wouldn't be able to fix it as it was an "installation error". contacted Gary who came out on the Monday, arrived when he said and fixed the problem for less than half what I'd already paid someone to just look at it and shake their head. Would definitely recommend Gary and I would use him again without hesitation.
