Jammed Garador (own stupidity) entry (for myself) not possible. Gary Kyte (proprietor) muscularly reduced his physical size, entered garage, replaced slider guides. Adjusted door size, oiled sliders and checked my ability to close door (age 91). All with good humour and understanding.

Mr Kite came promptly. He not only serviced my big heavy double garage up and over door and replaced the manual lock, but he carefully explained to me how the electrical system worked, and how to avoid problems in the future. I recommend him heartily.

My problem garage door was fixed in no time at all using good quality materials. Door had come off its hinges leaving it unusable. Very pleased with solutions delivered to fix the problem. Very happy with work completed, charged to inital quote and completed on time. Only hestation I had was the old garage door wasn't taken away promptly, but that may just been a small miscommunication. Other than that, the job was great.
