All works guaranteed for 12 months from date of completion, this covers parts and labour. Boiler are also subject to a specific manufacture's warranty.

We asked Surji to install a new toilet as we has done previous work for us and we know the quality of his work. It was easy to organise timing with him, her turned up on-time as he does every time. He did an excellent job of replacing a very gold toilet with a new, slightly complicated one. One of the pipes that came with the toilet wasn't up to the job so Surji popped out and came back with a more suitable one. Job jobbed and we've now got a happily working toilet. It feels easy dealing with Surji - friendly and does a quality job.

This is the second annual service that Surji has undertaken for us. Surji has restored our faith in plumbers after we had a bad experience with a plumbing firm who installed our boiler and heating system. I echo Sheila M. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. All at a good price. We will certainly continue to use him for any future plumbing needs. I contacted DripDry for the first time when my central heating failed. Surji replaced the pump ( which was the fault ) and recommended a chemical clean of the system, which I took up, and has greatly improved efficiency. He answered all my questions and always responded to my communications between the two visits. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use again
