Contacted DripDry to replace a kitchen tap. They responded quickly giving date when they could undertake and what was clearly a very fair quote. Howard, who attended on they day, was very friendly, polite and carried out the work professionally and quickly and also tidied up and took away old bits! He was also very patient in answering questions I had. Can't praise them highly enough as everything was very transparent around pricing. We had a pipe disconnect under the kitchen sink over the Jubilee weekend. This has been a recurring problem which other plumbers have fixed but it always cropped up again a few months later. I found Dripdry through this site and contacted Surji. He called me back soon after I left a message and arranged to come the next day. He arrived on time, immediately saw the problem and carried out a fix. He explained what could be done to give a more permanent solution, later sent an estimate to do the work and we scheduled an appointment. Once again he arrived on time and carried out the work very efficiently. His communication is excellent and prices fair. I can only say that we have been looking for a new plumber for some time and will not hesitate to call Surji again.

There were some tricky issues to resolve with repositioning pipework to accommodate the new units but they carried out the work extremely professionally and patiently. I have used Drip Dry a couple of times previously and when my gas boiler needed replacing I had no hesitation in contacting them for a quote. Engineer was able to fit us in at short notice following a cancellation and did an excellent job of fitting a Nest. He was helpful at explaining how the boiler and our system work and fixed a couple of smaller issues for us whilst he was here. Thoroughly recommended. I owe it to Surji to write a review; he has come to my rescue on a number of occasions and now I would call no one else. But I don't want him becoming too popular! Today I received a replacement Heat Link in the post (thanks to instructions supplied by Surji). I emailed him five minutes after it was delivered, he called me five minutes later and 10 minutes after that he was in my flat installing it. That has to be a record. I realise I had fortuitously emailed him just as he finished a job, but to be fair he has always done his utmost to be as flexible and accommodating as possible. His work is first-rate, he's friendly, he communicates clearly and his prices are more than fair.

He was prompt, efficient, courteous and completed the service of my boiler which is very awkwardly located high off the ground, requiring ladders. Dripdry removed a bunch of piping in our kitchen that we didn't need, laid new drainage to connect a washing machine and dishwasher, and then removed a radiator and installed two new ones. It was a pretty extensive job, but it was completed to a really high standard, no cutting corners or anything, and the results were amazing. One thing was slightly off centre with one radiator, and when I mentioned this, they came right back the next day and fixed it at 8.30 the next morning. Could not be happier with the results or the service.

I called DripDry to get an old boiler serviced. The boiler isn't terribly easy to get to but he never complained. I hadn't had it serviced for awhile and it was having a few minor issues. Surji was very professional and showed me the issues the boiler is having and possible ways forward. There was no sense of pressure- just pure professionalism. I would definitely recommend DripDry and will use them again.
