We were impressed with the company right from the start. The initial salesman arrived in a clearly marked company vehicle introduced himself then inspected the property before he even started his sales pitch. This was so different from another company who wore me out with the sales pitch before they'd even checked the property. Dx price was very reasonable and matched what we had expected to pay. A few days later a surveyor arrived to double check the details before starting the job on the following Tuesday. The team who arrived to complete the work were outstanding. They worked nonstop with only a break for lunch and were very friendly and cheerful. They left the property in a tidy condition and we are delighted with the result. I am happy to recommend DX Home Improvements and will certainly use them in the future.

I had DX out to replace all windows in my home and they done a great job, the guys were super friendly and so helpful. The windows were replaced in a day and they done a great tidy up before they left. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process but the work was done in good time from receiving the quote. We had an issue with one of the windows once it rained but it was sorted the same day. DX were great and have called a few times since to check in if everything is still okay which is great customer service.

I contacted DX Home Improvement to install a new external door. They arranged an appointment quickly to come and show me all the options and discuss the process. There was never any pressure or over the top upselling, the focus was on my requirements. price range and ensuring I got the best I could. The new door arrived quicker than expected and I’m still so pleased with the result. I had a slight issue after the initial installation which was resolved swiftly and without any fuss and they even took time to install a cat flap for me. My Daughter needed some windows and doors. After a fair amount of research and 3 quotes, we chose DX HOME. They weren't the lowest quote however the reason we went with them were the reviews on their reliability aftercare and workmanship stood out from the rest. They fitted 4 windows and a back and front door. Within 3 weeks of ordering, they were all fitted in a day and a half. Thanks to the surveyor who got it all right first time Paul and special mention to Wullie the fitters and Johnny in the office for keeping us well informed what, when and why was happening. When the front door needed a slight readjustment Johnny and Wullie sorted it all out nothing was a problem. Very friendly skilled team. Highly recommended. The company kept in touch well after fitting to ensure we were still happy.

Replacement windows at rear of house - Able to quote within one week of request at a time that suited my work schedule. No pushy sale. Very polite staff. Very good at keeping me updated. Work completed in the time frame suggested. Good workmanship. Very clean, polite and respectful workers. I would highly recommend DX Home Improvements.

No issues with recommending DX home improvements. They recently replaced UPVC windows and velux windows, along with fitting a new composite front door. Workmen showed up on time, were tidy and did a great job. This is the second time I’ve used DX and wouldn’t hesitate in future.
