The engineer was very polite and professional. He identified and rectified the problem. He also confirmed the cost of the parts needed with the company and discussed this with this prior to completing the repair.

I was recommended to DHS 10 years ago. They fitted a new boiler for me, and have serviced it ever since. The engineers have always been very helpful and efficient. I have since recommended them to friends. Very good service.
