My boiler packed up on the Monday and they came the same day to assess it. It was an old boiler and I had been thinking of replacing it. They gave me three quotes the same day and I accepted the one that specified a boiler make that I had been considering anyway (based on a Which report). They came on the following Sunday and installed a new boiler, took away the old boiler and left no mess. I am very pleased. Very nice company to deal with.

This was the second new boiler installation I’ve used E J Wheldon for and have recommended this company to two other family/friends. At my previous property, I spent a lot of hours researching the vast number of companies advertising what I was looking for, both large nationals and smaller local companies. It soon became apparent that there are a lot of unhappy customers out there who have been promised lots but received little. I narrowed my search down to 4 companies that I invited to view the property and provide me with a quote. In short, one national company salesman came and was unpleasant, the other two companies didn’t turn up as arranged then messed me about trying to rearrange. That just left Elliot. He arrived on time, had a very pleasant and jovial persona, clearly knew what he was on about, listened to what I wanted and then provided me with a number of options. His quotation was presented in a very informative and professional brochure. On the day of the install, Elliot arrived on time, his work was of a very high standard, took plenty of time to explain the new system to me and the excellent guarantee that came with the boiler and finally left my property tidy and clean with no mess. Fast forward to my new-to-me property and it was an easy decision to call Elliot for this new boiler fit. Absolute 5-star service once again. I have no hesitation in recommending E J Wheldon, likewise my family/friends that have also used this company.
