I called Terry to investigate a leak under my elderly mother’s kitchen sink. He turned up as requested and on time. Identified the issue quickly and repaired it. It has all worked perfectly since. He was very tidy and polite.

Had a new bathroom and hot water storage tank fitted in 2019, and a new kitchen sink plumbed in in 2020. Subsequently have relied on Terry for a few further fixes to existing pipework, most recently a new stop cock fitting. I've always found him to be personable and responsive, and the work to be completed promptly and to a great standard. Would (and have!) recommend to others.
