I was very impressed from my first contact with Easystep Stairlifts. From the start, they seemed as though the customer came first. I was so pleased from the initial phone call, customer survey and advice on what stairlift was right for me and how quickly I was given a fitting date. This was ideal because my partner had just come out of hospital and was told not to climb stairs. Paul the fitter worked efficiently, and within a couple of hours it was up and working perfectly. After explaining the workings and a trial run the job was done. Even I am using it first thing in the morning when my legs are a bit stiff. I can highly recommend Easystep Stairlift. You’ve made two pensioners very happy.

Easy to contact, quick to respond, thoughtful, helpful and tidy. Made an appointment within a couple of days of first contact and the stairlift was fitted 2 days later. Called before arriving to let me know, worked quickly efficiently and cleanly and gave good instructions on use. Payment was easy and setting up ongoing payments via standing order was easy too. I would definitely recommend them.

We chose Easystep after researching various stairlift options, new and reconditioned. The service was very friendly and helpful from the outset. The quote for a reconditioned lift on a curved staircase was very good and they could install quickly. On installation day, the engineer arrived at the stated time and completed the job very efficiently. The lift has been in use every day since. We've had one occasion when we needed to call for support - the phone was answered very promptly and the engineer was able to resolve the issue over the phone. We recommend this company.

I had checked the reviews of quite a few companies for my father's stairlift, and thank goodness I found Easystep. From the first time I rang them, they were professional and friendly. Their prices were also very competitive. But it was the service that was outstanding. Knowing my father was due to come out of hospital they went above and beyond - the wonderful fitter coming out on Christmas Eve to fit the stairlift! He was such a great guy making the whole business easy for my mother and leaving excellent instructions, as well as letting us know what to do if anything stopped working. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough.

Sally was extremely efficient in our email correspondence and coordinated a seamless installation process. Easystep Stairlifts were incredible! Sally and Mark between them were so organised and helpful. The stairlift was needed urgently for someone coming out of hospital and they did not disappoint. Stairlift was in and working within days. At the beginning of the process, Sally explained all the options available, made useful suggestions and replied to queries quickly. Mark, the engineer who installed it was efficient and knowledgeable and made it look easy! The stairlift was a tricky one, with 5 curves as we wanted it tucked out of the way top and bottom and he did a fantastic job. We had to call the emergency breakdown number last night after 8pm as the user had managed to disable it due to user error and the service was quick and helpful and got him back 'on the road' immediately. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thanks

I originally chose Easy step because after phoning several companies they came across as the most genuinely friendly and seemed very efficient and this was down to Sally. She dealt with everything very quickly and efficiently and the stairlift was fitted as soon as we needed it by Mark who was extremely helpful and removed a stair rail that we had fitted already. He fitted it all without any mess at all and explained carefully the details of how to use the stairlift ...and keeping his distance with a mask. The stairlift works brilliantly and is such a help to my husband, thank you all

After my initial contact with Sally which was friendly and very efficient (thank you Sally), my Dad’s rental stairlift was fitted within days and the installation was seamless. I highly recommend this company and thank them for their excellent service!

First rate from start to finish - very rarely do you see this standard of service nowadays from first call to installation could not rate higher. Phone calls returned on time as promised, absolutely no cleaning up to do after installation and reassuring promises on service to follow up

From the moment we spoke to Sally at Easysteps stairlift it was a seamless and efficient service. Sally was quick with responses and even managed to accommodate our date change at very short notice.
