After some thorough research, I selected Ecoflame to replace my aging central heating boilers (2 of) and to change my hot water supply from a vented system to an unvented system. Ecoflame was the most competitive of 4 quotes I obtained and I was very impressed by Dan’s knowledge and his confidence as to how they could improve the current set-up. Also, they said that they would put three men on the job such as to finish it in 2 days (others quoted between 5 and 8 days). They arrived early on day 1 and got straight to work. I was without mains water for no more than 2 hrs and by late afternoon of day 2 both central heating and hot water and were restored. The 3 guys, Dan, Shaun and Phil were excellent; they were more than happy to explain any questions I had regarding the new set-up. They tidied up as they went along and never left a mess when they left. They returned for a couple of hours on day 3 to tie up loose ends and finally tidy up. The completed installation was immaculate and I had everything I had hoped for. The quality of their workmanship was first class and I would very strongly recommend them as truly professional heating engineers. Hugely impressed.

Major work including new boiler and some new pipes to 4 bedrooms and garage. All old tanks and stuff removed from the loft. All rubbish cleared. An antiquated central heating system now renovated. I have used Eco flame for a number of things, at first to do a boiler service, then to look at a leaking water tank. This last time was because we had a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom above and the original contractor wanted nothing to do with it. Shaun came out and had a look, quickly determining that it was probably the toilet. As soon as we had the replacement parts he came out and very effectively fixed the leak, as well as doing smaller jobs like sorting out the silicone around the bath and vanity unit. He also sorted out our wobbly shower screen that had been driving me mad. Overall, excellent quality of workmanship, far superior to the cowboys we had in originally. I would recommend him to anyone. He was knowledgeable, polite, tidy and reasonably priced.

Eco Flame replaced my leaking unvented hot water cylinder. They fitted in the job as an emergency and worked efficiently and tidily in my home. They kept me up to date on progress and completed the job as planned and as quoted. I would use their services again and would recommend them without hesitation.

The team were all incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. Boiler serviced and radiator moved. The work was completed quickly and tidily and we will be calling them again for our annual service next year!

The Ecoflame Team were very helpful. They provided a lot of advice, set out options and answered all our questions. Their quote for the work was competitively priced. They were able to carry out the work (supply and fit a new boiler and radiators) within one week of my request. They arrived on time on the agreed day. They were extremely polite and friendly, and the work took one day to complete (as they said it would). The work was carried out to an excellent standard, and we are very happy with the result. I was informed well in advance of the start date and time and refreshingly the fitters arrived as promised . They started by covering our new carpets with a protective material , then after explaining what was going to be done they commenced work. The friendliness and professionalism was wonderful , the work which lasted all day was carried out with virtually no inconvenience to us , the quality of the installation was excellent and all old tanks etc was taken away and everything left tidy . The fitters set everything up for us and explained the system operation , so overall a great job by a very professional team , I would recommend them to friends and family .
