From start to finish we were really happy with everything that was done. Andrew came to give us a quote,arriving on time and discussed our needs and suggested options and we promptly got the quote which we felt was reasonable for the work involved. We were kept informed of dates to start work and it started as agreed and was done to a high standard with care to avoid damaging nearby plants.We chose Jackson's fencing as it came with a 25 year guarantee and we are really impressed with the quality of the fence panels. The job was finished very well and the site was left tidy and clean and we were really pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

Our back garden fence was in great need of replacement, we chose this company because they were Which recommended and we were not disappointed. Andrew came and surveyed the site and was very helpful in explaining the various options. He warned us that he had a lot of work on at the time and it might be a few weeks before he could schedule the job in. However when a slot became available at short notice he slotted us in. His team worked well and were very professional, they did a good job and took care not to damage our many existing shrubs. I would not hesitate to use this company again if the need arose.

I had very specific requirements as I am on the wait list for an assistance dog and had to have certain things put in place otherwise I won't be allowed my dog. I was given exactly what I asked for, and they even turned up to carry out the work in the pouring rain and snow. Thank you very much.

Really pleased with the job that Andrew and team did. It was a tricky job over an uneven concrete driveway and at an angle from building to building. The workmanship is very high as is the attention to detail and finish. 100% recommend Edge from start to finish in the communication to leaving the site clean and tidy. Great job.

Andrew is very helpful and gave various suggestions for how to do the job, with various choices of price, dependant on what we had done, which were very competitive. It was a large job, replacing the old fence, which was not level and removing the old concrete posts and gravel boards, replacing with wood. He replies to your emails very promptly and always answers your calls. His team are very polite, professional, kept me informed and checked I was happy as we went along. They were always on time and worked very hard, tidying up at the end of each day and cleaning up any debris when the work was completed. The materials are of great quality and the finished job looks fantastic. I will be having Andrew and his team back in the spring to do the fence on the other side and replace my side gates. Two fairly small jobs, repair a gate post and create a fence. Could have been made bigger than they needed to be but weren't. Came when they said they would, to give a quote. Came when they said they would to do the work. Stuck to the work. Polite, friendly explained what was happening the work is really good. Tidied up afterwards. Careful of the plants. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Complete fence replacement on a difficult site. Andrew and his team carried out the work quickly and efficiently and left the garden tidy.

From the initial correspondence to arrange a visit to assess the work, through to the work being completed, this was a trouble and stress free experience. Many of our fence panels needed to be replaced, and the whole back gate section needed to be reconstructed. This involved the installing of concrete posts and a gravel board and then the gate repaired and hung on the newly installed posts along with the fence section. All in all a good experience with Andrew and the two who undertook the work. Recommended.

This was a small but awkward repair to a single fence post that had rotted at its base, together with the adjoining gravel board, leaving the adjoining line of fencing unstable. Andrew suggested a simple concrete spur at low level bolted to main body of the post, that was in good condition, and replacement of the gravel board. Thus avoiding disturbing the main body of the fence. This was all effected within the hour, the fence now fully stabilised and the area left neat and tidy on completion.

We had a quote for a completely new garden fence and gate and were given options of different materials. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are extremely pleased with the final results. Andy and Dave were friendly and courteous and kept us informed of the progress and any potential issues. They were clean and tidy and left our garden in great condition. In the wake of storm Ciara, two panels of our six foot fence had come down in the night, loosening the posts. I emailed Andrew and he arranged to visit the next day. He isolated the issues, recommending replacement of the splintered panel and adding concrete strengthen supports to two posts. A quote came through by email that evening which was fair and reasonable. The work was carried out two days later, they arrived on time, did the work speedily, to a great standard and left the place clean and tidy. The fence was totally secure in time for storm Dennis the next day - which it withstood perfectly. The reason I contacted Andrew is that last year he visited to quote to install a fence in another part of the garden but actually recommended a planting solution (as the height regulations for fences would not achieve what we needed) - doing himself out of a job! He is friendly, personable and his advice is honest and knowledgeable, not just about fencing and garden design itself but legal regulations. If you're looking for someone to give you honest advice and complete good quality work reliably and on time, I'd highly recommend him.

Fence repair required due to storm damage. Andrew met me the day I contacted him, he was very friendly and easy to speak to, polite and professional. I was provided with a quote the same evening and gave the go ahead immediately to carry out the work. The work was carried out three days later, which following Storm Ciara, was unexpected, but very much appreciated. The repairs were excellent and the cost was exactly as quoted. I would definitely recommend Andrew and Edge.

Replace a fence post and reinstate the fence; in budget and on schedule as agreed; very responsive to our request; gave a good impression of being competent to do the work; kept us informed of progress and left a very clean and tidy site on completion. The work was trickier than expected but no extra charges were incurred.

Andrew took our idea from was a basic functional deck to a beautiful landscaped garden. We can't believe how good it looks. The work was top quality, it looks amazing. Andrew was great to work with, very helpful as were the team. They did the job quickly too. (minor issue, they were delayed for multiple weeks due to the bad weather before Christmas, so it kept us in limbo for a bit, but they kept us updated) Overall, fantastic, highly recommended.

Andrew and his team did a great job replacing our old damaged fence with a new one. They also used clever ways of reinforcing a planter that was expanding from bamboo roots. The guys were really professional, reliable and polite so I would definitely recommend them for any fence work.
