I've used Nick to do my regular boiler service for a number of years and the service is always excellent. His engineer Pixie has carried out the service and repairs for the last few times and she is also excellent. This time, as well as the annual service, a faulty case latch needed repairing. Nick has also been able to give me advice over the phone so that I can make sure my system pressure remains correct, which I found really helpful and reassuring. I can wholeheartedly recommend Nick's company for a regular boiler service and any repairs needed.

Nick replaced five of my old radiators, which were undersized, outdated and inefficient. He arrived to provide a quote exactly when he said he would, and the quote itself came through promptly and was very reasonable. Nick has done an excellent job fitting an unvented hot water cylinder to replace our antique gravity system, plus some other supporting jobs. This was not a straightforward job as the existing pipework was old, complex, and very patched together. Nick was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout - I highly recommend Edwards.

My old hot water tank developed a serious leak and had to be replaced. Nick clearly explained the different options available and provided quotes. I decided to replace the old tank with an unvented system, which he sourced and installed promptly. I needed the shower and the shower screen in my ensuite bathroom to be replaced. I was pleased to find someone very local and Nick came round to discuss my needs. He provided details of the items he proposed to install along with the quote, for my agreement. Work was carried out to the agreed schedule and to budget. Both Nick and his tiler, Paul, were very pleasant, providing excellent workmanship and leaving my property clean and tidy each day. My ensuite now looks much more modern and works a treat.

Nick has looked after my in-laws heating for many years and always provides a prompt and helpful service for them. In early April the house boiler failed and after discussing repair options and costs a quote for a replacement boiler was quickly organised and a fitment date agreed. Nick kept my father in-law fully informed of progress on the day and I knew that as it was Nick carrying out the work I didn't need to be there as if there was a problem he would contact me. We have just had a new boiler fitted by Nick Edwards and he was so good. He managed to overcome so many obstacles without complaint- where six previous heating engineers had either said the job could not be done or had not even bothered to send a quote. It is so unusual and great to find someone who looks at a problem knowing there is a solution and seeing it as a challenge to overcome. I can't recommend him enough.
