I have used Nick's services several times and have always been pleased with his attitude, work and outcome. On this occasion he replaced an antiquated hot water cylinder and cold water tank, installed a new toilet and pedestal basin, and moved a stop tap. He carried out the work efficiently and on time, and at a fair price. I would be very happy to use Nick's services again.

Nick has done an excellent job fitting an unvented hot water cylinder to replace our antique gravity system, plus some other supporting jobs. This was not a straightforward job as the existing pipework was old, complex, and very patched together. Nick was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout - I highly recommend Edwards.

My old hot water tank developed a serious leak and had to be replaced. Nick clearly explained the different options available and provided quotes. I decided to replace the old tank with an unvented system, which he sourced and installed promptly. The work was carried out at the agreed time and to the agreed cost, and he was very helpful, polite and friendly throughout. I am very happy to recommend an excellent service.

I needed the shower and the shower screen in my ensuite bathroom to be replaced. I was pleased to find someone very local and Nick came round to discuss my needs. He provided details of the items he proposed to install along with the quote, for my agreement. Work was carried out to the agreed schedule and to budget. Both Nick and his tiler, Paul, were very pleasant, providing excellent workmanship and leaving my property clean and tidy each day. My ensuite now looks much more modern and works a treat.

Nick has looked after my in-laws heating for many years and always provides a prompt and helpful service for them. In early April the house boiler failed and after discussing repair options and costs a quote for a replacement boiler was quickly organised and a fitment date agreed. Nick kept my father in-law fully informed of progress on the day and I knew that as it was Nick carrying out the work I didn't need to be there as if there was a problem he would contact me. We have just had a new boiler fitted by Nick Edwards and he was so good. He managed to overcome so many obstacles without complaint- where six previous heating engineers had either said the job could not be done or had not even bothered to send a quote. It is so unusual and great to find someone who looks at a problem knowing there is a solution and seeing it as a challenge to overcome. I can't recommend him enough.

Nick and his team fully renovated two bathrooms for us. One was more complicated with a wet room shower, floor to ceiling tiling, recessed tiled shelves, wall hung toilet and underfloor heating plumbed into our multi-zoned central heating. Nick’s quote was similar to other two we obtained, but it was obvious Nick knew what he was doing, and we were confident he would produce a great result. Nick provided a plan, kept us informed throughout and work was completed on time within the agreed dates. As with any build, you don’t know what you’ll find until you rip things out. But Nick dealt with unexpected issues calmly. Where decisions were required, he explained the options carefully and would give recommendations based on his experience; focussing on the outcome for us, rather than what was easiest for him. The team arrived on time each day, were courteous and always very tidy. We are very happy with the results and I would fully recommend him.

I contacted Nick to do some underfloor heating. Unfortunately I had some other costs arise before I could commit to the project so I had to cancel my plans. However, Nick’s assessment of the task ahead was professional and enlightening. I would be happy to contract him for further work in future.

Nick installed and serviced heating boiler etc for a few years. He responded to a breakdown in the system very quickly and diagnosed the fault as a pump failure. He took the trouble to source a replacement which he collected and installed. Work completed and heating system left in working order within a couple of hours. Can highly recommend Nick.

I have been using Nick for a number of years now,always turns up when arranged.i had an old floor standing boiler & immersion tank with shower pumps etc which needed updating as not very efficient.we agreed a 40kw vaillant combi would be a good option.Nick arrived on time on the installation day with Mike.the work was done in the 2 days as advised when quoted which was great as I didn't need to book any extra time off work.a fantastic job,very neat & tidy,all waste removed.very happy with the end result,powerful showers without pumps etc and rads Heat up within minutes,used to take at least 30 mins before,also energy costs are already way lower as not heating a tank of water all the time.i would not hesitate to recommend Nick to anyone,very good from start to finish

I have used Edwards Heating Bristol Ltd for a number of years and have found them helpful, professional and courteous to deal with. All work is carried out to a high standard and nothing is to much trouble to sort any problems.

Nick was really helpful and great value. I changed scope of work several times, as doing renovations, but Nick was flexible and completed work on time. I would ask Nick to carry out work in the future without hesitation.

I'm extremely pleased with the service that Nick Edwards and his electrician colleague provided recently. They were very accommodating, fitting me in at quite short notice, and worked together really effectively to solve a complicated problem with my electric immersion heater. They were both extremely helpful, professional and personable, and the cost was also very fair. I would be really happy to use their services again.

I cannot praise this company highly enough: All of my heating/boiler/shower systems were in a mess. Nick calmly and cheerfully sorted out everything for me - replacing two pumps, a shower and thoroughly serviced my boiler. Unlike other tradespeople I have had, he thoroughly tested everything, including my gas supply (which no other plumber/heating engineer has ever done). I have had some dreadful experiences in the past and feel very lucky to have found him. He works in a very tidy way and his attitude is friendly and reassuring. Everything was done to an agreed schedule and reasonable budget with adequate communication in advance.

We have used Nick several times for boiler work and had no hesitation in booking him to fit our bathroom. He is a very friendly polite guy who is hard working and skilled. We were so pleased with our bathroom that we have now booked Nick, along with his builder colleague, to fit two bathrooms and a kitchen in our rental property.

Nick priced up the bathroom refit and then quickly provided his quote (which he stuck to). We were then in communication several times to agree fixtures and schedule (he had to fit around my tiler's availability). Nick and Kevin turned up on time each day, and worked hard to complete the job. They were flexible with how things were done, accommodating my requests including some minor extra work. Overall the result is very professional looking and plumbing work has been finished to a high standard. I have used Edwards Heating for a number of domestic jobs over the past few years - both gas and plumbing - always been impressed at Nick's knowledge and professional attitude. He is also a friendly guy!

I used Nick for the first time to convert my old loft tanks and hot water tank system to a combi boiler. I was a little concerned as I had two showers but Nick explained the potential impact of the change and I have to say as my cold water tank was lowered many users ago due to an attic conversion I have suffered from poor shower performance but not anymore, I now have two great showers running off the mains! Nick did the job over two days, was very aware of covid precautions and put down carpet protectors etc. He just got on with the job and I am very happy with the end result.

From initial contact through to quote through to finishing the work off to a high standard we were impressed with how knowledgeable and thorough Nick was. He is really friendly to deal with and takes time to explain the issues and solutions, and went into a lot of detail as to what the work would entail and what we should expect. Just had a new boiler fitted and a few other jobs done by Nick. Very professional, organised, talked me though how to work system etc, arranged a scaffolder for a very awkward job, price seems very reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

We contacted Nick as we needed to replace our very old boiler. From the very start Nick was extremely knowledgeable and carefully explained to us the best options of boiler for our requirements. On the day he started work he was punctual and firstly made sure he protected all of the carpets around the work area from any dirt and debris etc. He was very thorough and competent throughout the job and kept me informed with the various sequences involved as well as keeping things tidy. On completion of the installation, Nick then carefully demonstrated the boiler program and talked us through the user manual with attention to detail. We needed an older boiler and water softener replaced by modern ones. The work was done professionally and to what looks like a high standard. It was carried out over 4 days and the odd tweaks and modifications to what was originally planned were dealt with easily. Nick was knowledgeable and able to explain what was going on clearly to a non-expert. Overall a first class service and very happy with what has been installed.
