Our dishwasher stopped working with a fill/drain error light showing. Electrical & Gas Care arranged a visit very promptly (thank you Michelle) and Jordan attended to replace a sensor and small circuit board. All fixed within 30 minutes. Many thanks to Jordan for his work. No hesitation in recommending Jordan and Electrical & Gas Care. First class service from very nice people.

Our dishwasher would not drain. Electrical and Gas Care were able to send along an engineer quickly and he fixed the problem swiftly. Both the engineer and the customer-facing personnel were very friendly and professional.

We were having issues with a leaking tap in our kitchen. I booked an engineer to come over and take a look. The engineer performed some tests and determined that a new tap conversion kit was needed. He asked if it was OK to continue, which I agreed. He did not take long to complete the work, and we are very happy with the result. The tap had been fine ever since.
