Our Samsung fridge freezer stopped working abruptly on a Sunday night after only 4 years - not a great advert for Samsung’s reliability. However, Samsung customer support was available that evening (and seems to be "open all hours"), and put us on to Electronic Services (Wales) Ltd as their local repair agent. I called them early on Monday morning, and was able to get a slot for the engineer to visit and diagnose the issue on the Friday, for an up-front payment of £45, plus advice of the flat rate fee of £145 to cover a follow up repair visit for all but complicated repairs. On the Friday the engineer turned up on time, and was rapidly able to diagnose a faulty PCB, which fortunately he carried a replacement for in the van, so all up and running again before he left, 5 days after it broke.

Rang Samsung who gave me this firm in Swansea. Called and had an appointment for Jan 27. Paid £45 call out fee and engineer turned up on time and looked at fridge. Parts ordered and booked in for repair Feb 3. However had a call later in week saying 3 of 4 parts in so rebooked for 10. On Feb 10 engineer turned up all parts fitted in just over an hr. Pleasant engineer all ppe protected. Engineer rang firm and transaction paid over phone. Put the firm in my diary to use again. All very pleasant from start to finish.

Our Samsung washing machine was repaired by Electronic Services Wales. The engineer changed a circuit board and completed all the relevant tests. He was very informative and courteous I would definitely recommend this trader.

Repaired a Sumsung Fridge. Whilst I was happy with the overall service (the fridge was repaired without and is now working), I was dissatisfied with the time it took to repair my fridge. It took 7 days for the first call out. When the engineer attended he quickly found the problem but didn't have the replacement part. I had to wait a further 7 days for the next available appointment. 14 days without a fridge is not ideal!

Faulty tv no power they Changed the mother board within in the tv and checked other components were operating correctly, Engineer arrived on time friendly and very efficient and ensured tv operated correctly and that I was happy with repair.

Our washing machine was making a lot of noise when programme running. We reported to Samsung and within 1 day a phone call from Electronic Services to book an appointment. The engineer came the next day and found there was an unrepairable fault. They reported the fault to Samsung and they in due course replaced the washing machine. Excellent service!! I also have a Samsung television and have had two new screens fitted with Electronic Services with the same excellent service. I would mention that the people that dealt with my job were very helpful and polite.
