We are a family run business and Its really important for us to be seen as an approachable, local Company that provides free, no obligation quotations. As some Companies go for the hard sell, which is completely against our business ethos
We simply provide a quote and leave it with customers to make up their minds. This works extremely well for us and the majority of our business is repeat custom or through referrals, as we always ensure our customers receive a first class job so that they recommend us to their "family and friends.”

I have used Elegance three times to install replacement double glazing. In each case their work has been first class. They are professional and courteous and offer very good value for money. I would recommend them to anyone considering double glazing

saw this company online. called and spoke to bilal who came round. no hard sales pitch, very relaxed. simply told him what i needed and he got back to me strait away. gave me his own personal number so i could call any time. the price was fantastic, beating all the other quotes i had been given. within 2 weeks the lads were round and did my whole house in just over 2 days!. in all im very happy with my service and would defiantly recommend elegance to any friends and family. great job !

I had all my windows changed and french doors put in. The price was reasonable and the quality of windows was very good. They did a neat job without making any unnecessary mess and cleaned everything. Quality, communication, price and workmanship was good. I would use them again. Friendly team too!

Excellent work from start to finish Bilal is very proffessional and his fitter Tony Hughes & team are fantastic we had windows fitted earlier this year and had them back again to do some more work. WIthout a doubt the best in the business quality windows installed by quality workman cheers guys !!!!

We had 5 window and 2 doors replaces on a 1st and 2nd floor Flat - Not only was the team quick, efficient and clean. They were also the best priced, not pushy, very clear on what they could do and when they could do it. Everything was done on time and to a high standard - anyone looking to get double glazing done I would def recommend this company. what was really refreshing is that bilal was happy to take our basic mesaurement over email to give us a rough quote.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Elegance Glazing. Bilal kept me very well informed and went the extra mile to get a quick turnaround on the supply and fit of seven windows. The fitting team were professional and friendly and completed the works as agreed with great results. I would recommend Elegance Glazing and will use again as the price was competitive with A rated windows fitted as standard.
