The trader confirmed his arrival slot the night before and came the following day at the allotted time. Gesmar was polite, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. All work was completed and new part installed with all areas cleaned up and put back in its place. Left his details to contact if any further problems so lets see!

Outstanding work today fixing our washing machine, Scott was probably the best repair engineer we have ever had, informative, tidy and very helpful. Just outstanding from start to finish and he kept us fully updated throughout the repair, what his plan was, how and in the end showed us the appliance fully working again. An outstanding engineer who I would recommend to all. Well done Scott and Elite Digital Appliances. Outstanding.
