Very impressed with this service, tracking device via email was very useful and specific. Gesmar is an excellent engineer... polite, honest and efficient. I very much appreciated him taking the time to explain what was happening with my washing machine. I would definitely use this company again and would advice others to do so.

Hours of our time wasted thanks to these guys, going round in circles with them and Samsung. They were willing to continue cancelling our appointments even given the stress it was causing my pregnant wife. Zero communication and no remorse 👍 They didn’t fix our appliance, and instead blamed us for lack of maintenance. Turns out the compressor is busted on the dryer, nothing to do with maintenance… Thanks for wasting our time and costing us money :)

The trader confirmed his arrival slot the night before and came the following day at the allotted time. Gesmar was polite, friendly and explained everything he was going to do. All work was completed and new part installed with all areas cleaned up and put back in its place. Left his details to contact if any further problems so lets see!

Outstanding work today fixing our washing machine, Scott was probably the best repair engineer we have ever had, informative, tidy and very helpful. Just outstanding from start to finish and he kept us fully updated throughout the repair, what his plan was, how and in the end showed us the appliance fully working again.
