Very happy. Emailed midday with details of issue and received a quote early evening. I responded next morning with query when job could be done. Quick response confirmed they could attend that day. I accepted and plumber arrived swiftly. Job was completed efficiently and effectively. Competitors I had asked to quote were all slower responding and more expensive. Many thanks.

First time I’ve used this company and highly recommend them for any heating/plumbing related issues. I called on the Tuesday with a problem with my water tank heater, an appointment was made for the Wednesday to inspect, the job was finished Wednesday afternoon after a few hours work. The motorised valve needed replacing which was quite costly but well worth it considering time needed and service delivered. Highly recommend

Replaced faulty mid position valve. Extremely slick efficient & friendly service right from the first phone call. Ian arrived on time, was polite, professional & very thorough. Worked cleanly, completed the job. Fully tested the system before leaving. Would very highly recommend to anyone needing heating/plumbing services.

I phoned Elmbridge Heating & Plumbing when my kitchen tap began leaking from a split in the chrome. To me, this was an emergency. A plumber James had just returned to the office and would be with me within 15minutes. He was polite and cheerful even when he had a tap with him but I wanted a replacement the same as the broken one it wasn't a problem and quickly returned and replaced the tap. This all took place within approximately an hour from 'phoning. A Monday morning problem quickly solved.

Very happy with the service I received. The call out was initially for a radiator valve but during the visit, I asked about another problem that we had and that was diagnosed quickly and the replacement for that (expansion chamber) also fast and efficient at a good price too. Everything is working very smoothly now. Thanks to Dan and Steve for being such a safe pair of hands on this. Very professional and responsive.

I could not be more pleased with the works undertaken by this company they carried out a very difficult job of installing/replacing a new boiler in the kitchen cupboard and replacing radiators I was most impressed with the quality of the work undertaken but most of all by the friendly staff From Dan and his apprentice and Steve and the ladies in the office . All working A1 . Also Ian had recently carried out plumbing repairs , installed new taps and installed a new bath panel - very high quality of work /excellent advise - its transformed the bathroom as well as fixing the leak under the bath . I will be calling on them again to install a sealed tank in the loft in the summer . As I am a surveyor I will be recommending using the Company to my clients. Many thanks
