My old boiler broke down overnight. Their engineer (Ian) soon arrived and found it would have to be replaced. He was able to start installing the new boiler the same day and worked until heating and hot water was restored. A very tidy and professional job.

On the morning of one of the coldest days of the year our heating boiler failed.A new boiler was decided upon & was fitted and working by 1700. Subsequent problems with the heating system were dealt with with equal despach. although probably not the cheapest, the level of service was excellent.

Manager Steve came up with the great idea of situating a combi boiler in the existing airing cupboard. This was not without problems which were all overcome by his very professional team. There was a subsequent problem (caused by them) which they immediately owned up to & rectified to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate in recommending them to our friends.

Elmbridge H & P carried out a complete refurbishment & upgrade of my central heating system. Work was done over 2 1/2 days. EHP technician did (Ian) an excellent job. Ian worked professionally and provide a neat & quality job. Everything was left clean & tidy at the end of each day. I'm very satisfied with the service provided.
