Steve & the team at Elmbridge have been fantastic at helping us resolve problems we've been having with a pump that wouldn't switch off. Having just moved home we discovered the external pump would stick on. Although under warranty, the pump manufacturer was resisting changing the whole pump, citing incorrect installation (not done by us or EHP). Elmbridge have been great at fixing the installation issues quickly and safely during lockdown, even liaising directly with the pump manufacturer to fully understand what needed to be done. Will definitely use them again!

I called Elmbridge on 8th August because we had a faulty boiler. We were having a big 70th birthday party at home on 10th August and people were due to stay over. Dean from Elmbridge attended the next day and our boiler was declared unsafe and unusable. Clearly we were hugely concerned but Dean and his colleague made us a priority and replaced our boiler the same day. We were very grateful for the professional and prompt service. We can't thank Dean and the team enough.

Dave worked hard, without stopping, for 7.5 hours. A colleague joined him for last few hours 8.30 - 6pm non-stop. This was a 2 man job. No complaints - good service and clear explanation in summary.
