About

My name is David English I have over 20 years experience in this industry. I'm a very hard working trustworthy person and I would treat your property with the same respect that I would my own home.
Most of my work comes from word of mouth and I think that says a lot.
The main services that I provide are the installation of TV aerials and satellite dishes for Freeview and satellite TV (Sky and Freesat)
Before I worked in this industry I worked in the building trade, during this time I picked up a Lot of tips from the trade. This has helped me in many aspects of the services that I offer. Including the demand for people wanting their flat screen TVs hung on the wall, Cables discreetly hidden in the walls and cables put under the floorboards and so on.
Some of the other services that I offer include installing telephone, CAT5 , CAT6 data points.
Installing all your media and data cables during the first fix of your refurbishment then doing the final fix and a signal test at the end of the refurbishment.

A pleasant young man who offered several solutions to my problem. After discussions, by text, he came and did exactly what he said he would. No fuss or bother. Cleaned up well after the job was completed. Re-set both TVs to received additional channels without being asked.

David turned up at the appointed time and explained what he had to do. He used the small Velux window in my loft room for roof access. He removed the old aerial and cable and took it with him. He was very informative throughout and advised on missing tile replacement which I will certainly look into. His price was what I expected from his original quote. I am very happy with the result.

David English answered my call for help and sent me two estimates by text later the same day. He came at the agreed time, tested our TV and aerial signal thoroughly and gave me the choice of refurbing the aerial or replacing it with a new one. I went for the latter option. He installed and tested the new aerial and cables and removed the debris - all in about an hour and a half. He was very helpful and polite, coping magnificently with a difficult neighbour. And as a bonus, the final bill was less than the estimate he originally gave. Would highly recommend David.

They sorted out a problem with there being no signal on one of my satellite cables. The price was reasonable, especially as he spent time to give me much useful advice. He arrived when he had said he would, having phoned me to to say he was on his way. David is a pleasure to deal with and I would cheerfully use him again.

David created an alcove in an internal wall and attached a 32in tv to an extending swivel bracket so that the tv can be pulled out and viewed from any angle. He communicated with us clearly regarding his availability, made recommendations on the most appropriate tv and once the job was underway got on with it with minimal fuss and mess. When he realised he could achieve a smarter finish to the alcove even though it would take more effort on his part, David went the extra mile and we are thrilled with the result. And he is also a thoroughly nice chap.

Our TV/FM aerial had not been working for some time. English Installations identified a fault with our TV signal amplifier/distribution box, which he replaced. He also explained that our existing aerial was too old to receive many current services, and recommended this should be replaced too. They carried out all this work smoothly and efficiently, and everything is now working again. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend English Installations to anyone needing similar work done.

David provided a fast, efficient and friendly service to review my TV aerial and did the whole job within two hours. What impressed me most was that rather than persuading me to buy a new aerial he reassured me that the existing one was fine and had a good signal.
