About

My name is David English I have over 20 years experience in this industry. I'm a very hard working trustworthy person and I would treat your property with the same respect that I would my own home.
Most of my work comes from word of mouth and I think that says a lot.
The main services that I provide are the installation of TV aerials and satellite dishes for Freeview and satellite TV (Sky and Freesat)
Before I worked in this industry I worked in the building trade, during this time I picked up a Lot of tips from the trade. This has helped me in many aspects of the services that I offer. Including the demand for people wanting their flat screen TVs hung on the wall, Cables discreetly hidden in the walls and cables put under the floorboards and so on.
Some of the other services that I offer include installing telephone, CAT5 , CAT6 data points.
Installing all your media and data cables during the first fix of your refurbishment then doing the final fix and a signal test at the end of the refurbishment.

Dave English reconnected our TV, programme recorders, DVD player and net flix stick all of which were disconnected after an environmental emergency. Service was prompt, on time, efficient and effective. Notes and instructions were drawn up to enable absent family members to follow the set up. I strongly recommend his service.

David replaced our old tv aerial. He turned up at the agreed time and was very careful in taking ladders through the house to access the roof. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently and to the agreed price. David also helped out with a couple of technical tips to make using the TV easier. We were impressed with David’s work and his pleasant and helpful manner - his customers service was excellent. I can strongly recommend David English Installations.

Efficient, reliable, helpful. And nice! My TV aerial packed up. David sorted it quickly and easily. Options and pricing were clearly quoted beforehand. I then needed a CAT cable running up to my loft, and fast (in the middle of building works) - despite being fully booked, he squeezed me in. I'd recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.

David did the work to budget and schedule. He clearly knew what he was doing right from the start-even if I did not! While he was happy to explain anything I asked I felt that his explanations were a bit rushed the first time he came though that was partly because I gave him a deadline which he had not expected. After his second visit I was starting to feel more comfortable with the setup though Sky still had to complete their side of the work. David was always polite, punctual, helpful and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Replaced the indoor cable, which had been cut when a door frame was replaced. Diagnosed the problem and re-routed the cable through the door frame and around the room to be as unobtrusive as possible. Removed the old cable and left the room clean and tidy. A professional, helpful and friendly service.

Installed an updated Virgin Media WIFI system & Telephones in a 4 storey house.

David English of ENGLISH INSTALLATIONS assessed where an updated Virgin Media WIFI system and telephones would need to be installed. He arranged to bring the necessary cable and equipment to upgrade the existing system. He provided an estimate of the cost via email and we agreed to proceed. Mr English arranged the date for upgrading the system and arrived promptly, worked efficiently, explained exactly what he was doing as the work progressed. We found Mr English focused, helpful--especially as we are not up-to-date about the current WIFI and telephone technology. He told us to get back to him with any queries or problems. So far, so good! But should we need to contact him with questions--etc--he said he would be happy to be available.
