Ensign Conservatory Roof Solutions Ltd

Ensign removed a 25 years old conservatory with a polycarbonate roof with a new conservatory with bifold doors and a solid roof. The room is a great improvement. The work was completed on time, to the agreed price and has exceeded our expectations.

Ensign did a fantastic job putting a new solid roof on our 5 meter X 3 meter conservatory in less than a week! This included plastering and new lights. We love the roof as it has transferred the conservatory into a proper room. This was definitely money well spent.

When I decided to put a roof on my conservatory, Ensign did a perfect job. I had a wood-burner installed but where the flue when through the roof there was a permanent leak when it rained. This was due to how it was badly sealed by the wood-burner installers. Ensign came to the rescue led by Richard and his team. He stripped the one side of the roof and sealed the flue correctly. Thank-you so much Richard and Ensign Brilliant job!

Ensign had been recommended to me by a friend who was delighted with the work they did for her. The initial consult was friendly and professional. The workmen were prompt, quality workers who did an excellent job and tidied up after them. They kept me informed everyday about what they were going to do. The whole process was really easy and I feel I’ve got a super conservatory for a really fair price.

This company was recommended to me by a friend and also my sister, and I am so glad that I went ahead and booked them. I asked them to put a solid roof on my conservatory so I can use it all year round, but after discussion we also agreed that I would have the two walls of glass made solid, and the old outside wall of the house plastered over. I cannot rate the work highly enough . From beginning to end, everyone was pleasant and friendly and worked incredibly hard and the standard of workmanship was extremely high. I am just thrilled with the finished room!! And I was also pleased to see when I came home that they had cleaned up after themselves, probably better than I would, it was spotless! From beginning to end, the whole process was well-managed, and I was kept well informed .

I recently had the absolute pleasure of having Ray, Joe, Dean, Dave, and John from Ensign Windows transform my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They replaced all of my windows, installed a stunning new timber-framed and tiled roof on my conservatory, and even plastered the inside — all within just a week! What truly set them apart was their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Despite the scale of the project, the team worked seamlessly without creating any mess or disruption. Every member of the crew was polite, hardworking, and clearly took great pride in their work. The craftsmanship was top-notch. The new conservatory roof has completely revitalized the space, making it warm, elegant, and practical year-round. The plastering was immaculate, leaving a flawless finish that exceeded my expectations. As for the window replacements, the house now looks modern and feels more energy-efficient. If you’re looking for a team that delivers high-quality results with no fuss and outstanding customer service, Ray, Joe, Dean, Dave, and John at Ensign Windows are second to none. I couldn’t be happier with the transformation — thank you for an incredible job!

I highly recommend Ensign due the high quality of their work, their professionalism and customer service. Their prices are also very competitive. An all round excellent service! I am very happy with my new roof, which not only looks good but also provides excellent insulation.

An excellent job from start to finish. The builders worked tirelessly and professionally to complete a large conservatory roof in the allotted time with an excellent result. Followed by excellent service from the plasterer and the electrician. Everyone was friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The result is an impressive tiled roof already showing the benefits. Many thanks to everyone and I would have no hesitation in recommending Ensign.

Decided to replace our 19 year old polycarbonate conservatory roof as was at the point of no return, we had originally received a price from Ensign in early 2020 but held back due to the pandemic. Decided to push the button this year and have to say was the best decision I've made, from start to finish the guys at Ensign have been amazing and extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the technical jargon resulting in a room we can now use throughout the year. The fitters, carpenter, Electrician, and plasterer were so friendly and clean throughout the 5 day process and a credit to everyone at Ensign Keep up the great work

Steve came along from Ensign and quoted to replace our existing 7m x 3m conservatory and made recommendations in terms of design and saving money by adapting the existing dwarf wall to suit. Once we accepted his quote, Richard then came to do the survey and we discussed and agreed a few amendments to the original plan. The frames were replaced, a new lantern roof installed and all the interior walls plastered. The floor was also raised to the same height as the house floor. Work started on the Monday and was completed by Friday when the electrician came and installed all the sockets and lighting. Although I made changes and added bits on as the build was in progress, they stuck to the quote. Couldn’t speak highly enough of Steve, Richard and the whole team who worked tirelessly to complete the job in a week. I highly recommend this company.
