Ensign replaced our original conservatory polycarbonate roof with a tiled insulated roof, work was carried out earlier than quoted but this suited us fine and fitted in with other work we were having done. Ensign's project management was excellent, with each service turning up on time, all work completed within a week. We had seen Ensign's work on a friend's conservatory roof and when Ensign gave us their quote we immediately booked them to do the work without getting other companies to quote as the price was so much lower than we had expected. It is amazing the difference the new roof has made to the conservatory, the room is now the same temperature as the rest of the house even on a frosty morning or on a sunny afternoon. Would highly recommend.

We shopped around looking at different "systems" with pushy pitches, worrying vagueness on what might be delivered etc. All very different with Ensign - from day 1 Steve listened to & understood our requirements and clearly provided all the information we needed to know to be confident in choosing Ensign, and they haven't disappointed. We now have a completely new, real roof that also retains the height of the ceiling (unlike some systems) - and it's WARM - tested well in the recent cold spell, and also doesn't heat up quickly in the sun. It's really added to our home. The guys did a fantastic job on site, very tidy and efficient, really helpful with an eye for detail, friendly and polite. Brilliant job. There was a small glitch with a new high level window supplied to Ensign which was just "one of those things" and it was dealt with swiftly, positively and helpfully, no dramas. We used Ensign conservatory roof solutions to replace our old plastic roof, which was beginning to leak. A date was confirmed for work to commence the first week in December. Due to the virus I felt very apprehensive, but soon realised my worries were completely unfounded, the team of workers took great care to keep a suitable distance at all times. The old roof was removed and replaced in no time, the council inspector came to sign off there work. Every stage I was asked if I was happy with the work. This company were fantastic, I have never experienced such great workmanship, and would recommend them on the price, speed and quality of work.

Ensign did a fantastic job replacing the old, (20+ years) conservatory roof with a new, stylish Orangery-style one. No more leaks and no more freezing temperatures in winter months now. We now have a smart, new conservatory we can use all year round. The well insulated roof means we can also make savings on fuel bills. A special mention should go to Richard and Darren who removed the old roof and built the new one in good time when the weather was particularly cold, wet and miserable.

This work has just been completed and I am very happy. A team of two had the old roof off and waterproofed the area in one day. There was an issue - not of their making - that they sorted by getting a plumber out within 24 hours. Having started on Monday they finished by Thursday, plasterer in on Friday. Job done. I am very happy to recommend both the company and their staff and contractors. All abided by C-19 rules so my contact with them was minimal and I felt perfectly safe.

Wow, Ensign did an amazing job on our roof. They transformed our old tatty conservatory roof into a modern tiled roof with sky-lights. the two roof fitters were excellent and arrived nice and early every morning, they were really pleasant, friendly and professional. Joe was always on hand at the other end of the phone or visiting in person to offer support and guidance and was always happy to help us in achieving the finish we wanted for the roof. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they were willing to work around us at every moment. The roof looks amazing as does the new window and French-door. In terms of price, Ensign were the most competitive company of the five we spoke to and I am so glad we chose them for the work. The end result is just fantastic and we are really pleased. I have to say that the work carried out by the roof fitters was second to none and they were very helpful on all aspects of the conversion. It was a pleasure to have them working on our conversion. The plasters did a very good job and again they were very efficient and the work was to a high standard. The electrician completed the build and was again very helpful. Last of all the staff in the office coordinated the conversion so that the it was delivered on time and to a high standard. I would highly recommend this company.

We recently had our conservatory roof replaced by this team. Our Amdega conservatory was good to look at but not fit for purpose. The usual story of too hot in the summer and cold in the winter. To make this large area more usable, we decided to replace the roof. After much research, we chose Ensign and could not recommend them highly enough. The whole team from Jean, who initially visited our house to Steve, who owns the business and his son Joe have been highly professional. The team who fitted the roof were prompt, courteous, tidy and the end result is an exceptionally attractive roof. Very pleased with the end result. Highly recommended.
