Decided to replace our plastic conservatory roof and Ensign were recommended to us. Was extremely happy with our quote from Steve and decided to cancel a visit from a different supplier and go with Ensign. Rees and Morgan worked extremely hard. They covered our patio every day and everywhere was left spotless. Our roof looks fantastic and we are really pleased with it. The inside is just as nice. False wall built to cover windows overlooking next door’s fence and lovely shaped ceiling with spotlights. Looking forward to having an extra room we actually use in summer and winter, rather than just using it for storage. Would definitely recommend Ensign, you won’t be disappointed.

Very impressed with the level of service from the start of the process all the way to the end of installation and information provided by Ensign employees. The actual change to the conservatory with the roof and bifold doors is fantastic we will as a family get a lot of enjoyment from the improved space created for many years to come. We had a minor hiccup but this was corrected within the hour professionally and quickly. I would not hesitate using Ensign again in the future. We now have a superb conservatory built to a high specification and within the expected timescale. From the first meeting with Steve Dodd to discuss our requirements, through the design stage and onto the actual construction we have nothing but praise for the quality of the work and the friendly and helpful attitude of all involved. Fitters did a great job and were great to get on with while they were working on conservatory they didn't stop for tea breaks every half hour but just got on with the job in hand. The time they were on site the fitters were always polite and helpful with answering any questions. I would gladly recommend ENSIGN if I was asked for a good conservatory company who can be trusted to do an excellent job. Richard was a great help in the planning and explaining how the work would be carried out. Reece and Morgan the fitters were hard working and great to get on with.

We have recently had the roof our our conservatory replaced and we are extremely pleased with the results. The team arrived promptly on the agreed date and worked tirelessly over the next few days to complete the work, clearing up after themselves each day. Any problems were quickly rectified and the work was completed to a high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend Ensign to friends and family.

Ensign replaced our original conservatory polycarbonate roof with a tiled insulated roof, work was carried out earlier than quoted but this suited us fine and fitted in with other work we were having done. Ensign's project management was excellent, with each service turning up on time, all work completed within a week. We had seen Ensign's work on a friend's conservatory roof and when Ensign gave us their quote we immediately booked them to do the work without getting other companies to quote as the price was so much lower than we had expected. It is amazing the difference the new roof has made to the conservatory, the room is now the same temperature as the rest of the house even on a frosty morning or on a sunny afternoon. Would highly recommend.

We shopped around looking at different "systems" with pushy pitches, worrying vagueness on what might be delivered etc. All very different with Ensign - from day 1 Steve listened to & understood our requirements and clearly provided all the information we needed to know to be confident in choosing Ensign, and they haven't disappointed. We now have a completely new, real roof that also retains the height of the ceiling (unlike some systems) - and it's WARM - tested well in the recent cold spell, and also doesn't heat up quickly in the sun. It's really added to our home. The guys did a fantastic job on site, very tidy and efficient, really helpful with an eye for detail, friendly and polite. Brilliant job. There was a small glitch with a new high level window supplied to Ensign which was just "one of those things" and it was dealt with swiftly, positively and helpfully, no dramas. I highly recommend Ensign for their professional yet friendly service, outstanding quality of work and final finishes, and a product that's spot on. Thank you!

We used Ensign conservatory roof solutions to replace our old plastic roof, which was beginning to leak. A date was confirmed for work to commence the first week in December. Due to the virus I felt very apprehensive, but soon realised my worries were completely unfounded, the team of workers took great care to keep a suitable distance at all times. The old roof was removed and replaced in no time, the council inspector came to sign off there work. Every stage I was asked if I was happy with the work. This company were fantastic, I have never experienced such great workmanship, and would recommend them on the price, speed and quality of work.

Ensign did a fantastic job replacing the old, (20+ years) conservatory roof with a new, stylish Orangery-style one. No more leaks and no more freezing temperatures in winter months now. We now have a smart, new conservatory we can use all year round. The well insulated roof means we can also make savings on fuel bills. A special mention should go to Richard and Darren who removed the old roof and built the new one in good time when the weather was particularly cold, wet and miserable.
