After weeks of failed attempts at finding someone who would help us with a bad leak in our lightweight roof I was out of hope. I contacted Evergreen expecting the usual response but.. I was met with compassion and caring and a visit from Chris the owner to assess the problem. He immediately examined the area, in the pouring rain, I might add. He was totally honest about the complexity of the issue and explained what was needed with regards investigating the problem. A team came out and immediately set to work. Within an hour they had stripped back the roof covering and found a real mess!! The 3 of them worked non stop and carried out remedial work. By the end of the day all was finished and you would never have known they'd been. Matt showed me pictures of all stages of their work and asked me to keep them updated as to performance. I can honestly say I have never had such hardworking honest workers here. I was left feeling a weight had been lifted.

The work was completed without me being there to an excellent standard and also left clean and tidy. They even dropped off the key when was convenient for me. I mean that's service. We had numerous quotes and decided to go with Evergreen for all new windows and doors as well as gutters, soffits & fascia's. The job was carried out when they said for a excellent price. We did a comparison along with other quotes we had. We received fantastic service from start to finish and the work was completed to a 5 star standard. We had 8 old double glazed windows replaced, including a more complex bay window which is a support for the floor above it. From our first enquiry through to completion, which totalled just under two months, we received excellent service. Debbie came promptly to do an initial survey and quote, which once accepted was followed by Chris who did the technical survey. Their advice was reasoned and professional. Chris was particularly helpful regarding the more complicated bay window, reflecting his years of knowledge and experience in the industry. The installation team were also very professional, respectful of us and our home and very pleasant individuals. They caused the minimum of disruption to us, working neatly and cleaning each room as they finished.

I had a firedoor fitted. There was a good choice of doors, the initial consultation was very friendly and helpful, the quality of the door and the fitting is superb, the workmanship excellent and the customer service has been superb throughout. Some neighbours have used other companies and my door looks far better! I would not hesitate to recommend Evergreen to anyone who needs a new firedoor installing.

We chose Evergreen Home Solutions to upgrade our conservatory. We retained the original framework and added a Supalite Warmer Roof system and replaced all the windows with energy saving glass. Evergreen are a family company, the quote was competitive, and was carried out in a timely and professional manner. The workmen were friendly, efficient and tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.
