I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional from start to finish. They had a challenge with my old roof but they managed to fix it. Very respectful and informative about the work they are completing, showing pictures of work before and after. I would definitely choose them again.

Shaun, Shane and colleagues did a fabulous job on reroofing our home. They were knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. I particularly appreciated the constant flow of photos documenting the work from start to finish. They were very tidy and have left the place spotless. Excellent, professional work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service provided by professional craftsmen. Final clean up was excellent almost obsessivewith use of detergent to ensure everything was left as found. Also did additional work but not before agreement prior to commencing. They could not do enough to ensure the final product was not only to original spec but also it was future proofed. Would not hesitate to recommend to everyone.

I had a simple but very alarming issue with a toilet cistern that was spurting out water. Shaun came really quickly and fixed it, immediately realising what the issue was. My inability to shut the water off meant that he couldn’t carry out additional work but I would have otherwise had full confidence in him doing it.

After an inspection it was found that the whole roof had to be done as there was rotting wood due to spray foam insulation that a previous owner had installed years ago. We were invited onto the scaffolding to see the issues for ourselves so that we knew the work required was genuine. There were some delays due to weather, etc., but once work commenced the work was carried out quickly and to an excellent standard. The roof looks fantastic and modern. I would definitely recommend Finney's Property Contractors.

We had been without central heating for over 2 months, despite the efforts of several plumbers, when I made contact with Shaun & Shane. They came very promptly and made an initial inspection, when the problem was high- lighted. They came back, carried out a more detailed examination, con- firmed the fault, organised the parts and we are now, as a result of radiator balancing, enjoying better heat than ever before. Their level of service, customer care and competence at their trade, are quite exceptional, and I cannot praise them enough. Highly recommended.

I cannot rate Finney's Property Contractors Ltd enough. I had my new toilet and basin fitted by someone who had left it in a complete mess. I rang Finney's in desperation and they turned up within the hour to do an assessment and came back to put the mess right in short time. The team were professional, reliable and communicated all the way through. Cant recommend them enough. They corrected the bad work done by the previous workman and even replaced additional parts. They fitted me in between their very busy workload in the evening and have a done a great job, cleaning up after themselves and completed the job in good time. Very polite, clean, knowledgeable, punctual and generally great. I will certainly be using them again.

We used Finney's to remove our conservatory, they removed and sorted out all electrics first and got on to demolishing the conservatory which from start to finish was done with high standards, they tidied up and sure everything was left perfectly they went beyond expectations I highly recommend this company
