Flatley Heating Ltd

On the basis of Flatley Heating Limited’s listing as a Which? Trusted Local Trader, I asked them to quote for replacing my expired oil boiler with a new gas boiler to be connected to my existing hot water and central heating system. After Mr. Flatley had visited and explained exactly what would be involved, I subsequently accepted his proposal for the job. I am pleased to say that they turned up on time on the agreed date and worked full time on the job, finishing it in the time they had initially specified. They also were careful to lay protection for my floors upstairs and down as they went between their van and the separate parts of the system. They were thorough in commissioning the completed system, even staying later than usual to fix, successfully, a slight ‘weep’ in the pipe-work. A further very slow and minor drip that I reported the evening after completion was repaired the next morning.

Really nice engineer. Very knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious. On time as agreed. Work carried out and full explanation of what was done and why. They were recommended by friend and I can see why. Going forward they will be the only company I will use to service my oil heating boiler.

Very pleased with our new shower that was installed recently. Flatley heating did a super job and applied a degree of care and consideration rarely found today. We shall definitely use them for other work.

Flatley attended when they said they would, the engineer was very pleasant, work carried our quickly and fixed the problem (stuck valve) at a reasonable cost. Good job all round.

I have recently had my boiler checked by Flatley Heating Ltd, and I am very happy with the overall service. Booking the appointment was really easy, and the receptionist was really nice and helpful. On the day of the appointment, the engineer was punctual and extremely professional. The payment method was also quite handy, since they sent me the bank details by email and I just had to make a transfer. I would definitely recommend them!

Originally quoted for boiler replacement, radiator and some TRV's to take 2 days. Arrived with a larger team at the time they stated. Explained how the day would go, so no surprises. Nick and team worked efficiently and were clean and tidy, completing the job within the day. Nick took time at the end to answer a few questions and explained how the guarantee etc works. Pleasure to do business with. Would thoroughly recommend.

A couple of years ago we switched to Flatley Heating Ltd because our previous provider just didn't deliver the service we we're paying for in that they just didn't turn up on the dates and time agreed. So we thought we'd give Flatley Heating Ltd a go and, boy, what a difference! This a family run company that offers exceptional service in terms of friendliness, punctuality and the sheer quality of their work. If you're looking for anything from a heating installation to an annual boiler and/or gas fire service then, do yourself a favour and , give them a go. You won't regret it.

The engineer arrived promptly to service my boiler. He was very efficient, polite and helpful. He was more than willing to spend a few extra minutes giving advice. Flatley Heating have done several jobs, both big and small, for me over the last few years, and always to the same high standard.

Outside tap fitted. Not a straight forward job even for the professionals. Will arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and professional in his approach to the work. He had real attention to detail and did a superb job. Highly recommend Flatley's.
