Communication was very good from initial enquiry through to completion of work. Plumbers were friendly, professional and hard working. Very happy with the work and the kitchen was left tidy after the sink was fitted. I would definitely recommend this company. I have also asked for a quote to fit a new bathroom now.

I used Flatley Plumbing originally 3 years ago to replace my gas boiler and they did a timely, tidy, good quality and reasonably priced job. Hence, I have used them annually for servicing the boiler, which again was done in similar fashion each time. Hence, I am entirely satisfied with them as quality tradesmen and would not hesitate to recommend them, as they had been recommended to me by many.

We had no central heating. Contacted Flatley Heating Limited who were very busy. We were given a date but said as "elderly folk" we would be pleased to accept a last minute call, which happened the very next day. Nick Flatley phoned to say he was in a nearby village and was able to call in. We explained our problem. He knew immediately what it was. After a quick inspection, he went out to his van which carried the spare part we needed. This was soon fitted. The central heating system fired up and all was well. Mr Flatley stayed until he was confident the boiler breakdown was fixed. Excellent result and Excellent Service.

High Standards in all respects. I had my first two visits from the company, on 27th November 2013 and on 8th December 2023. The original contacts (by email) with the office were excellent with instant replies to all enquiries. On the first instance two heating appliances were serviced efficiently and on the second three radiators were replaced and the toilet cistern attended to, a new part being fitted to the latter to prevent a leaking inlet. All work was carried out professionally and successfully and the house was left in at least as clean a state as before the visit... if not more so. However, my strongest recommendation would concern the attitude of the three members of the company who came to the house. They were all exceptionally courteous and approachable. They came as welcome guests who took nothing for granted rather than workers who felt they had a right to take over the property. In the second instance the visit lasted around seven hours. involved work in all five rooms of a small bungalow, and yet I did not feel threatened by their presence and felt sufficiently relaxed to be able to carry out several tasks of my own. Indeed where it was possible they offered to work in rooms in an order that would suit me. I feel able to strongly recommend the company.

Had boiler service today and as usual it was all completed quickly, without any mess and thoroughly,a few tweaks needed but all well. Been using Flatley for many years would recommend for LPG.

First time user of Flatley Heating Ltd, I needed a boiler service and also had a minor fault but wanted to use a local company as no longer trust large well known service providers. From the moment I contacted them the service was excellent, they kept me well informed and friendly. Pricing was spot on and the engineer arrived early for the appointment and was friendly, knowledgable and professional from start to finish. This was a full service and actually carried out a full service taking the boiler apart to check on internal serviceable parts. Fully explained what he was doing and tested everything with me before leaving. Moments after leaving they emailed me a service record which is the first time I have ever recived one. I would 100% recommend this company and wish I had found them years ago!

Used for plumbing work installing new isolation tap and repairing existing stop tap plus fitting two sink taps. Plumber arrived on time, evaluated the job and suggested options for remedying the problem. Carried out the agreed work quickly, cost of work very reasonable. Very happy with the work carried out and will use again if needed.

We have recently had two bathrooms redesigned and replaced by the team and are delighted with the work completed. From initial enquiry to completion communication was excellent with everything completed to a high standard and on time. I found Flatley Heating Ltd to be efficient and professional. The visits for both the quotation and the actual work were carried out at the pre-arranged times. The plumber who assessed and thereafter carried out the work was friendly, punctual, professional and tidy. Thought and effort went into sourcing a replacement toilet which resulted in minimal disturbance to existing tiles and therefore eliminated extra cost. I couldn’t be more impressed.

Our 24year old central heating system was becoming troublesome. I called FLATLEY HEATING LTD, and Nick, the proprietor came and we discussed the options. I decided to go for a major upgrade including a new boiler, hot water cylinder and thermostatic valves. Nick estimated the work would take 3 days which it did. A team of 3 plus an apprentice worked hard and left no mess, tidying up at the end of each day and leaving us able to use all hot water and shower. A great bunch of guys, all on top of their game and I would happily recommend them.

Flatley heating completely replaced my boiler, which required it being sited in a different place altogether and hence all new pipework, plus completely redoing the bathroom and en-suite. They were professional, very competent and a cheerful set of people. I felt comfortable having them in my home, Communication was extremely good with superb aftercare.

I phoned Flatley Heating to arrange a replacement garden tap. Sophie was polite and helpful, giving me a reasonable quote providing a date and time that was suitable to do the work. Will arrived at the scheduled date and time and not only replaced the garden tap but also raises it slightly to make it more convenient to use. He was again friendly and efficient and cleared up after. The invoice was sent promptly and payment options were easy to understand. I would certainly recommend Flatley Heating. I have used them to service my boiler in the past and they also fitted a new bathroom. They are simply the best in the business and having them locally in Towcester is an added bonus. Thank you for all your work for us. Brilliant to do business with.

Very disappointing. As this heating and plumbing company is on Which? Trusted Traders I was expecting good service. I telephoned in March and the earliest appointment I could get for a central heating survey for my mother's house was May. I thought wow they are very busy so must be good. When the surveyor arrived he stood in the kitchen for about ten minutes and then left. He did not look around the rest of the house and said he had the information he needed. I received a job sheet by email with a note to rebook an appointment to discuss. I have left several telephone messages and sent emails to make an appointment but all to no avail. For me this has been a complete waste of time. Not recommended.

Shower tray needed resealing. My query was answered quickly, and Will kept the initial appointment promptly. He turned up to do the work when he said he would and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy when he left. I have used this company before and will do so again.

On the basis of Flatley Heating Limited’s listing as a Which? Trusted Local Trader, I asked them to quote for replacing my expired oil boiler with a new gas boiler to be connected to my existing hot water and central heating system. After Mr. Flatley had visited and explained exactly what would be involved, I subsequently accepted his proposal for the job. I am pleased to say that they turned up on time on the agreed date and worked full time on the job, finishing it in the time they had initially specified. They also were careful to lay protection for my floors upstairs and down as they went between their van and the separate parts of the system. They were thorough in commissioning the completed system, even staying later than usual to fix, successfully, a slight ‘weep’ in the pipe-work. A further very slow and minor drip that I reported the evening after completion was repaired the next morning.

Really nice engineer. Very knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious. On time as agreed. Work carried out and full explanation of what was done and why. They were recommended by friend and I can see why. Going forward they will be the only company I will use to service my oil heating boiler.

Very pleased with our new shower that was installed recently. Flatley heating did a super job and applied a degree of care and consideration rarely found today. We shall definitely use them for other work.

Flatley attended when they said they would, the engineer was very pleasant, work carried our quickly and fixed the problem (stuck valve) at a reasonable cost. Good job all round.

I have recently had my boiler checked by Flatley Heating Ltd, and I am very happy with the overall service. Booking the appointment was really easy, and the receptionist was really nice and helpful. On the day of the appointment, the engineer was punctual and extremely professional. The payment method was also quite handy, since they sent me the bank details by email and I just had to make a transfer. I would definitely recommend them!
