Flatley Heating Ltd

Up until a few months ago we subscribed to BG's Homecare Plan which "entitled" us to an annual boiler and gas fire service. Over the last couple of years this entitlement became increasingly difficult to claim as BG kept cancelling the appointments at the very last minute (usually at the end of the day on which they were supposed to turn up). So we contacted Flatley Heating instead who are local to us (Towcester) and guess what? They turned up exactly on time, did a fantastic job, really professional, they were a pleasure to have in our home and charged us considerably less than what we had been paying to BG on an annual basis. I can't sing the praises of this company highly enough. If you're paying for a BG Homecare Plan (and even if you're not) think about switching to Flatley Heating Ltd. They are totally dependable, have unquestionable integrity and you might just save yourself some money.

I thought the days of good customer service had gone. Not so with Flatley - polite, efficient and pleasant to deal with from start to finish. Will definitely use again.

Steve from Flatley Heating did a great job. He arrived promptly, was friendly, professional, neat, thorough and happy to explain what he was doing. He was due to service two boilers in the property but patiently explained why he couldn’t access one as it was boxed in by a kitchen cupboard. That was our error but he is due back in a week or so when we will ensure he can access the second boiler. The price was reasonable and I found the customer service/administration from Flatley Heating to be friendly and efficient. I would recommend them.

This is the second time we’ve used Flatley heating after a reference from a family member. They've put right a fault and undertaken a service in about an hour or so. They’ve been excellent, quick, friendly and gave good explanation of what they were doing. Great communication and prompt, clear replies to messages and emails. Reasonable charges but most of all reliable and trustworthy. I actively recommend to others.

Nick and his crew really were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. Talked us through all the options throughout the install and could not have done enough for us. We will be using him again in the future on the next project and I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

I contacted Flatley Heating to service my combi boiler as I am new to Towcester. I was given a prompt competitive quote. The date I requested was booked for me and Stephen turned up at the allotted time - perfect! He did a great job and I was really pleased with the service I received and the overall efficiency of the company. I will have no hesitation in contacting them again for next year's service.

After a really bad experience with a rogue trader from Rugby we had real concerns about inviting another plumber into our home. Flatley were recommended to us by an ex-British Gas engineer, so we took a chance and I’m so glad we did. We received a detail quotation for the work. Two engineers turned up when agreed and during the day they were on-site they corrected the issues left by the Rugby rogue trader. In fact they even returned on a Sunday, fitting their schedule around us to tidy up a little more work. They are an outstanding company, who stand by their workmanship and provide the work they committed to. I not only have the absolute pleasure of recommending Flatley, I actually have to all my workplace colleagues. I will only use Flatley for all my future plumbing needs.

Flatley heating replaced my central heating boiler and most of the radiators. The work was done on time and I am very pleased with the result. The workmen were friendly, polite and hard-working, and left the house in a tidy state when they had finished. I was also very impressed by the lady that answers their phone. She was always polite and very helpful, and rang back promptly when I left any messages (a seemingly rarer occurrence these days with several firms!). I made a late change to my requirements and this was happily carried out. All this at a reasonable price, I would use them again.
