I have used Joe before for a new bathroom, and was extremely pleased with the result, so when I needed a new boiler Joe was the first person I called. Joe supplied and fitted a new boiler within days and as usual was very polite, knowledgeable and a tidy worker I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone in my surrounding areas of Chingford, Highams Park, Buckhurst Hill, Loughton, Epping and beyond for all type of plumbing work. He is by far the best!

Joe is always very helpful. I've been using him for years and he never lets me down even if it's only to change a tap washer. He's a true professional. Fantastic job, our old boiler was due a service and we had a few issues with some blocked radiators which was really making our house cold. Work was completed on everything and now it feels like a completely different home with a fully working boiler and fixed radiators. We also had a very annoying leaky kitchen tap which got changed and now I can use my sink with no issues and a lovely new fitted tap! Any other problems I’ve had, this company has been happy to take a look at and fix for us which is really great service.

Joe and Force Blue plumbing came to me as a recommendation when he replaced my boiler 8 years ago and has been servicing it ever. Joe is a magnificent plumber who I would highly recommend. He responds immediately to your call, is punctual, reliable and the price quoted is what you will pay. Meticulously thorough, carrying out his work with care and skill. I immediately found Joe to be honest, trustworthy and helpful, treating the customer and their home with respect. He is personable with an easy manner, which is of particular importance to women living alone or of a certain age. His prices are competitive and fair. Should there be any problems you can rest assured he will return and resolve it asap. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Joe Shaw, last December, managed to diagnose and cure our boiler problems (frequent loss of pressure) which the boiler installer and Worcester Bosch engineers had failed to do. He found several small leaks, cured them and installed a few TRValves. Since then not a single problem. Carried out a boiler service on Wednesday efficiently and quickly. Very pleased with all the work he has done. W ould certainly recommend him.

We have used Joe at Force Blue for a number of years - the most recent occasion was to sort out a leaking pipe under our bath. As usual the response was quick, the appointment kept and the work carried out with the minimum of fuss and mess and in a timely and satisfactory fashion. This is typical of Joe who over the years has done a number of routine and emergency jobs for us as well as major projects such as two new bathrooms, plumbing in a ground floor shower and plumbing in a dishwasher for us. He is neat, tidy and explains in a clear understandable way what needs to be done and then carries out the work. I have already recommended him to colleagues. Can't speak highly enough of him.

I contacted Force Blue because of a leak under the kitchen sink. I received a prompt response and the problem was fixed that day. I have used this company for a number of years, for small jobs, annual boiler servicing and complete bathroom installations. Very helpful and friendly, always excellent service at competitive prices. I have no hesitation in recommending Force Blue.
