Fort Locks was established in 1994 by Kevin Carloni. With over 20+ years’ experience – there isn’t much Kevin doesn’t know about the locksmith trade! With pride in his work and a passion to deliver high quality services – clients within both the residential and commercial sector continue to recommend Fort Locks and use Kevin for all their security services. Fort Locks is a member of the Guild of Master Craftsmen and uphold their high standards of expertise. This ensures continuity of a high-quality, reliable service for you or your business. It also means that for elderly or vulnerable clients, you are reassured that the right person is fixing your security problem. We provide a 24 hour emergency locksmith service to the London and Hertfordshire areas and deal with everything from replacement locks to open-ups, burglary’s and UPVC door repairs. Always on-call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year we endeavour for any emergency works a maximum response time of 20 minutes.

Such a thorough and professional service; endless patience and perseverance in trying to fix the lock before considering immediate replacement, to keep costs to a minimum, Genuine, friendly, a great job and all with a warm smile. Kevin explained costs and planned action before coming. Attended soon after my call, came back within 24 hours with a new lock, all fitted in less than an hour. The service I received was satisfactory. The tradesman arrived on time & responded to any emails/texts we had sent personally. The job was very straightforward & not very challenging. The only criticism that I would have is that he did not seek to obtain a paint that colour matched the door. That was a let down.

After a couple of stressful days the icing on the cake was shutting the door and realising the keys were on the kitchen side. I picked up the phone in a slight crazed state, Kevin told me to calm down, give him 20 minutes and he would be there; within 10 he was there! Kevin managed to open the door not only to my house but to my heart as well lol. Kevin opened the door without damaging the lock or door. He was friendly, polite and professional, he even fixed the door and now it shuts without having to be kicked! I would have no problem in recommending Kevin of Fort Locks to friends, family, colleagues and customers. Once again thank you very much for being my knight in a shining black van!
