Mr Frank Finn and his team were very professional whilst installing the boiler and all the associated pipe work etc. (which was complicated as it needed updating) Everything was completed on time and left clean and tidy. Mr Finn did the survey personally and returned on completion to check that I was happy with the work. I would certainly recommend Mr Finns company.

We have used Frank Finn Plumbing for many years both for our own home and for a property we rent out. We were abroad when our tenant contacted us about a leak under the cistern. After my heating stopped working, I did my own investigation and concluded that the heating pump was dead and hence needed replacing. Called Frank's office and requested that they order a new pump and send an engineer to replace it. They did what I asked. However upon arrival (all with a new pump), Frank quickly found out that the problem was with another small device (motor of some kind), which he replaced and all was good. I was only charged £15 for the motor and one hour of work even though I explicitly asked them to buy and replace the pump for me (rough cost £100 for pump and 2-3 hours of labour). In my experience, most others would have replaced the motor AND the pump and charged me for all of that!

Following complete failure of our 20 year old boiler Frank arrived within one working day, and due to a hold up on other work, fitted a new boiler within a further three days. Astonishingly speedy and thorough work by his team which he personally checked out. So pleased he was recommended to us by a builder friend and we have recommended him to others.

Frank and his team really helped us out after a dodgy builder did illegal gas work in our house; really can't recommend him enough, he went above and beyond to get our gas supply back up and his work was absolutely spot on. No hesitation in recommending him to one and all.
