Frank is the best. He and his colleagues are prompt, polite, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He stays as long as it takes to do the work and he makes sure everything is in good working order before he leaves. I am always happy to recommend him.

Frank was great, took the time to listen to my woes and then come up with a plan to fix it. He did an initial fix to get my heating working again and then asked to schedule a day to come back and do the investigative and subsequent required fix. He explained that he wasn't sure how long it would take but would only charge for the time he was at the house if it was less than the day - he was true to his word. A great experience where I felt I was dealing with a skilled, honest, reliable and efficient tradesman. Frank was recommended to me. I would use again without hesitation and will very happily recommend to others.

Recently performed a boiler check up. Very efficient booking, outstanding professional service very user friendly. He came on time on the day and finished in 1/2 hour. He explained me all the steps he did and what I could do to further improve my boiler and make sure it works well. Strongly recommended.

I can not recommend Frank Finn Plumbing highly enough. I had a new boiler fitted and am delighted with ALL aspects of the customer service. Prompt, reliable, clean, great value and thoroughly nice people from Loren in the office, to Frank giving the quote and Flavius fitting the boiler. Communication has been excellent and I will 100% be using this company for all future plumbing. They were amazing which is so rare these days!
