All working perfectly. All within budget. I managed to damage my external condensation pipe trying to clear my external drain and Gareth came back to the house to sort it out for me without additional charge. The boiler was installed on the day we agreed at the agreed price. Gareth was efficient and courteous. Since it was installed I haven’t given my boiler another thought. The temperature in my house is as I like it and I have plenty of hot water. I have already recommended Gareth to two friends.

Gareth, of GB Plumbing, recently carried out our new boiler installation. The experience was seamless, Gareth is an exceptional professional, very knowledgable and friendly to deal with. From the start, he was very helpful in discussing the various options, explaining the various issues that can arise, especially in an old flat like our's, and had a real in-depth knowledge and experience. He and his team carried out the installation in a day, all super-friendly and respectful, a professional enterprise all round. Very tidy and considerate and ensured things were left clean afterwards. I can't recommend Gareth and GB Plumbing highly enough. They obviously have a lot of experience around the North London area and Muswell Hill in particular, and it's nice to have gone with a more local company. The price was very competitive and a lot cheaper than British Gas. If you need help with a boiler, don't hesitate to use GB Plumbing.

I would highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking to get a new boiler installed. He is extremely knowledgable and clearly explains all options and potential issues to make sure you choose the right boiler set up for your home. He works quickly and cleanly and we couldn't be happier with our new boiler and unvented hot water cylinder and our water pressure/flow-rate has improved dramatically, as a result of his work. We recently renovated our first house and we had several trades in, no one stood out like Gareth of GB Plumbing. Firstly, when he came round to quote, he took his time and explained every scenario to us as a family. Even if something was a higher price to other plumbers he would explain why he felt he would recommend it, but still give us the choice. Went with GB due to the care and thought he showed, as if it was his own project. In between quotation and start date, he even popped in when I needed help with radiator sizes and positions. When he started the job, he never disappointed; was there when he said, made sure it was completed on time and even came across a couple of unexpected speed bumps... didn’t deter them, just spent more time on it to make sure it was right. During the few days Gareth and his apprentice were here we popped in a few times with our kids and they were great to them. We ended up with a great job done, even better than what we expected, and also better than what they quoted. Other trades since, including our bathroom fitter complemented their work. I have since recommended to my friends and will continue to recommend. Not the cheapest quote we received, but best decision we did putting our new house in their capable hands.

Gareth helped to explain what boiler we'd need, quoted a very fair price, installed it and improved the pipework. He was professional and a nice bloke, he also did my brother in law's boiler, we recommend him highly.
