We are full servicing members of The British Pest Control Association with over 11 years trading experience.
As a family owned and operated business we pride ourselves in our customers satisfaction. Our ethos is to provide a personal whilst professional service.
Whether in a commercial or domestic environment our fully trained staff can assist in all aspects of pest control.
We will endeavour to resolve your pest problem in the most humane, environmentally friendly and discreet way possible and offer non pesticide pest solutions as part of our services.
We offer a range of pest control services, from specialist insect control to bird and rodent proofng on buildings. Whether bird mites, wasps, moths or mice we not only provide a treatment but also advice on long term proofing solutions.
We are BPCA and Safecontractor accredited, hold the BPCA fumigation diploma, and a BASIS certificate in crop protection.
We also offer telephone advice and pest surveys when requested.

Friendly professional guy. Spotted our rat problem immediately, outlined his plan to deal with it and carried out a number of visits to ensure he had solved the issue. My wife and I were very impressed by his professionalism and the clear way he explained what he was doing. Took particular care to ensure that what he did would not threaten the hedgehogs which we have in the garden only the rats. Robert was a nice guy as well

Robert fully deserves top marks . He responded promptly to our concerns - an active wasp's nest in our garden ,adjacent to neighbours with a small child. He arrived at the scheduled time and resolved the problem without fuss, with confidence ( and with a guarantee ). Very professional and personable. Five stars all round .

Robert was a calm and reassuring presence throughout what could have been a very stressful experience. He completed three treatments at our property, was discreet and prompt on each occasion and made sure at every stage that we understood what was happening and were happy to proceed. At the end of the treatment he gave us plenty of time to make sure that we were clear of the infestation, gave further advice over the phone and was at pains to make sure that we were completely happy with his service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Robert attended promptly regarding mice control. In the first visit, he explained what work needed to be done and agreed on a price. Subsequently followed up with two additional visits to ensure the problem was solved. He also provided additional suggestions at keeping the mice at bay. Overall I was extremely satisfied with his work and will definitely recommend him. Excellent service well done.

Put some rat traps out in my allotment. They began the work in January and have just completed. This coincided with the number of visits they quoted at the start of the job. They were very upfront at the begining of the job , stating how many visits would be needed and how much each visit would cost.

I have used other pest control companies but Smith Pest Control provided a far better service. Very helpful during initial phone call and arrived promptly for visit. We had a suspected rat problem "somewhere" near our ground floor cloakroom but with no obvious entry points to the house. Possible solutions were discussed but it was also made clear that due to the location of the pest, it was going to be a bit of trial and error, and further costs may be incurred. Fortunately the first solution proved successful! During the visit Rob definitely went the extra mile - very impressed & would definitely use again.

I have used this chap previously to remove a wasp nest, so 2 weeks ago when my tenants had mice we called him back in. He is a nice, polite guy who calls when he says he will. He works with minimal fuss and is efficent. He may not be the cheapest but he is great. I would reccomend him.
