Garage Door Wizards fitted a new roller shutter door for me and took away all the parts from the old door. The entire service from estimate to survey, quote and installation was excellent - friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the new door and would highly recommend this company.

Really efficient service from Garage Door Wizards. The whole experience from my first enquiry, through to the installation of a new Motörhead for my existing garage door was smooth and problem free. I cannot speak highly enough of them, Terry came out to check and advise on my requirements, and promptly sent my quotation, this was followed by a speedy installation after placing my order. Exceptional service from Terry and his partner. Arrived at the time they said they would and the door was fitted to a really good standard. Everything was left in a clean and tidy condition. The quote given by Terry was exact. So pleased I went with this company and not anyone else.

Just a few days earlier, I noticed my auto roller door had broken, maybe partly my fault. I nearly fixed it from inside but ended up trapping myself in there, no phone. Anyway, I managed to escape and sure enough the Wizard came to the rescue next day, Monday. No new door pushed, just a fix. Great job done well and quickly. Thank!

Our 30 year old up and over doors were on their last legs. Called these people in. Terry viewed doors and quoted their standard fee. I considered replacing doors and, to his great customer service credit, Terry gave me a figure (acceptable to me) but he said the service would make doors as good as new. He was right. Doors are now possibly better than when we bought original doors. Rich did the work. He was thorough, polite and helpful. Terry’s gave us a quote for up and over garage door on the same day he took measurements, it was fitted and old one taken away as promised, very happy with service received. A no hassle friendly company, I would recommend them.

Everything went like clockwork and as promised. Terry arrived on time for the viewing and quoting. Ample warning and flexibility in agreeing the installation date. Cheerful and efficient fitting of the doors - despite the rain. Top class service overall.

The main spring, rollers and cables had all broken on my aluminium canopy garage door. Despite the door being 30+ years old, Garage Door Wizards were able to fit a new spring, along with new cables & guide rollers to get everything working again. The door is so easy to open and close now. Fast, friendly, reliable service. Highly recommended.

I had a roll-up garage door badly fitted a few years ago which has been endless trouble. The motor provided was too small and failed. The hangers were not fitted symmetrically causing stress at one end of the roller and thus progressively failed. Garage Door Wizards corrected those things. All the previous faults damaged the door curtain and things began to fail again. I asked Garage Door Wizards to come in and quote for a whole new door as, amongst other inconveniences, I found myself drilling out the pop rivets of the cover so that I could get the door safely shut at at 10 o'clock at night and I was thoroughly fed up with the whole thing. Door Wizards could have sold me a whole new one but emphasised that I did not need a new door, just a new curtain. The real point of all this is that they could have very easily sold me a whole new door and thus made more money but they chose the honest route and I am impressed. They are definitely on my 'To be trusted' list.

Came out the next day to fix an up and over garage door. One of the wires had snapped. 2 new wires and a spring fitted and the door serviced. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

x2 Garage Doors needed realigning to ensure they opened and closed smoothly, plus both lock barrels needed replacing. Garage Door Wizards attended within hours of my initial call to survey the job. One door was jammed shut and I wasn't sure it could be repaired easily but I was very reassured by positive comments. Garage Door Wizards returned a week later with new parts, repaired and realigned both doors and fitted new locks - a very good job, very pleased with the service and end result. Would recommend Garage Door Wizards.

Prompt response to enquiry. Obvious extensive knowledge. Price competitive. Very conscientious and tidy. Took a lot of pride in their work. Absolutely no complaints and have no hesitation in recommending.

All good - came out quickly to do a free quote and then came to do the work one evening. Only took a few days to get everything back in order. One other company quoted as much for each spring as I paid these guys for a pair.

Our up and over Garage door has been faulty for several years now propped up with a stick! Having had several unhelpful and expensive quotes I call GDW last week. Richard was out the same week to quote, we ok'd this and as promised he phoned on Monday to say the parts were in and could he come and fix Monday afternoon - we now have a fully working garage door. Fast and efficient service and a sensible quote for what needed doing. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get the doors fixed or replaced

The manual winder and remote controls on my 12 year old garage door had failed. A call to GDW, and Richard came out, fixed the winder and then assessed what was needed to get the remote controls working. In this case a new control unit was needed. Parts duly ordered and fitted within the week. Very happy with the standard of work and competitive price and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garage Door Wizards if you have a problem with your garage door.

Our garage door had twisted and got stuck open and the cables tangled. Worried we would have to leave it open overnight we contacted wizard garage doors who could not have been more friendly & helpful. Job done within 1 1/2 hours from contacting them! Excellent service. Thank you.

Garage door got stuck - cables had come off rollers. Phoned at 15.00 and spoke to a lady who said she would get somebody to call that day. Richard phoned at 16.15 and told me a cost and that he could be there within 30 minutes. On arrival was very pleasant, took time to replace the cables, and fully serviced the door mechanism and gave 1 year guarantee for work carried out. Overall great service which gave me peace of mind re being able to secure garage overnight. Thank you.

We encountered problems with our garage door locking and made contact via an email referral on the Tuesday evening and had an immediate response that evening to advise that Richard would call the following day (Wednesday). He text me prior to coming to visit to say he was on his way, whilst Richard was not able to fix the locking problem due to a mechanism fault, he went away, ordered the part and returned on the Friday afternoon as soon as the part was received to fit and resolve the Issue. He also emailed prior to returning to confirm how much the works would cost so I knew what to expect when the invoice arrived. Fully fixed locking garage door and happy customer. Would definitely use again.

Original booking was handled very efficiently with details recorded for engineer call back. Follow up call from Richard the engineer to assess the issue being reported received quickly and a time for site visit arranged to complete work. Arrived well presented at arranged time and completed remidial work quickly. Gave opertunity to check that door was now working and good advice for future reference. Very happy with work completed and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.
