Garage Door Wizards

The mechanism on my manually operated up and over door got jammed and the roller wheel fell off. The door was stuck in an open position with my valuable possessions at risk. I called Garage Door Wizards and they came round to fix the issue within the same day. The door is also now a lot smoother to operate. Very pleased with their responsiveness and the general quality of their work. Very much recommended!

Terry and Rick fitted 2 new doors for me recently, the job they did was excellent and in exactly the time they expected. I am really pleased with the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them.

I expected to have to have a new door. I phoned late on Tuesday afternoon, they arrived when they said and all was fixed and working better than it ever has by midday Thursday! Not only that but great value and a fraction of the cost of a new door.

Excellent repair to my electronic garage door. Good job, great communication, reasonable price, all round reliable company. Would highly recommend.

I needed a reliable technician to fix the garage door at my parents house - they are 94. I live a long way away from March so had to rely on searching the internet. I rang to the landline number last Wednesday afternoon and spoke to a lovely lady called Joanne. She told me someone would call me that afternoon. Terry texted me within 15 minutes and offered an appointment the afternoon of the next day. Although I was messaging Terry his colleague Richard arrived to do the job. He was kind, polite and equally as importantly very efficient. He assessed the door and decided it just needed new rollers and an adjustment to the spring. From the time he arrived to the time it was fixed was not even an hour. Brilliant customer service... No hard sell to replace the door despite it being pretty old! This is the kind of trusted trader I want to deal with for everything! Thank you Richard and thank you Terry ...aka Garage Door Wizards - you most certainly are wizard for me!

Contact garage door wizards as we had no key to open the main garage door after purchasing a new house, they were out the following day changing the lock on the door.

As everyone else has said a very good service and would recommend without hesitation. They know what they are talking about, don’t try and sell anything not needed. They gave us a cheaper option just to replace the door if we wanted and to keep the current motor. They arrived on time done within the 3 hours expected, cleaned up and explained the functions. If only all companies were as competent and as professional.

I have no hesitation in recommending Garage Door Wizards of Huntington if the electric motor on your roller garage door shows any signs of loss of power. When I reported this problem Richard Chandler quickly attended and surveyed the situation, recommending a replacement motor comparable to the 13 years old SOMFY motor which was not surprisingly worn out. Within a week of my first enquiry the replacement motor was satisfactorily fitted. I look forward to a few more years of trouble free operation before I need to call Garage Door Wizards again. Thanks.

Our experience mirrored that of the people below. Terry clearly knows his stuff and offered a competitive quote. At no point did we feel he was trying to lead us towards a more expensive solution. On the day, he and Richard arrived on time and completed the job in exactly the two and a half hours they said it would take - clearing up properly at the end. We'd recommend them unhesitatingly.

Garage Door delivered and fitted when they said they would. Arrived to carry out installation on time. An excellent job. Would certainly recommend.

Would definitely recommend! Service was great, very prompt and job done when they said they'd do it. Really happy with the automated garage door, thank you!

I found Garage Door Wizards after searching various reviews. I have to agree with other positive reviewers. Initial enquiry about a double garage door electric operator to its installation was complete within the week. Very efficient service, good communication and very reasonable price. I'd be happy to recommend.

Excellent service. Our metal garage door became very stiff and wouldn't open. Richard came out to look at the problem within a couple of hours, and the door was fixed within a few days. We were really impressed with the speed and efficiency of this company and would definitely recommend them.

Terry was outstandingly professional from start to finish. He arrived on time to quote and talked me through all the products they could offer to replace my old door. The quote arrived a day later and was extremely competitive. On install day they arrived on time and have installed a great product like it was on one of their own houses. All mess cleared away you'd hardly know that anyone had been there. Post install Terry took time to explain how everything worked. I can't recommend Garage Door Wizards highly enough. Many thanks. Andy

I was quoted £640 by Garage Doors Fixed for replacing 3 broken springs and then I found Garage Door Wizards. Our wizard (Richard) came to inspect within an hour, and then quoted £340 - so I was highly pleased. Good job done in a few days, and will certainly use them if the situation occurs again. No attempt made to take advantage of my old age! Thank you Richard.

From the moment of initial enquiry to completed works we have found garage door wizards very polite, friendly and professional. There was no hard sell and we were left with the ball in our court. We cannot fault the work carried out and extremely pleased with the end product, exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend their services!! Thank you Terry. Mr & Mrs M - March, Cambs.

The door was mended very quickly and efficiently. Terry came and gave a quote and was then able to do the repair the next day. Very pleased with the repair and the efficient way that it was mended

Garage Door Wizards were very competitive compared to other firms and were very helpful in advising us particularly regarding the most appropriate system for our garage opening and height. They were very professional and courteous in fitting the new door and motor operator and left everything tidy. We are very pleased with the results.

Quick efficient service and very professional. Very neat and well finished installation. Shopped about and they came up with the best price. Very happy with the finished product.

New Hormann Automatic Doors to replace previous. Excellent service from start to finish.

Richard came out and repaired it at a convenient time. Gave it a bit of a service as well. Left clean and tidy. Charged the price quoted. Nothing to fault.

After receiving several quotes, Garage Door Wizards gave me the most comprehensive solution. They took the measurements, asking questions and offering different options until I was happy. They came and took the old doors away and spent time installing until they worked perfectly. Our particular issue was flooding. Now our doors have a perfect seal - and a dry garage at last!

I had enquirer with other local companies about getting a broken spring repaired and the best quote was for one spring at £145 + vat and done in two weeks. These guys quoted me both springs at £160 and if they had the spring there, could have done it that day. As they didn't, they ordered them in and fitted them within two days. Excellent service and very friendly as well

While other companies were only interested in selling me a new door, Garage Door Wizards were able to repair the old one for a fraction of the cost, and it is working better than ever. Professional, friendly and efficient service - highly recommended.

We checked several suppliers and their price was most competitive. Very pleased with both the service and workmanship. Would recommend them to friends etc.
