Gino and his colleagues at Gas & Air Tech Ltd - Norwich, were absolutely fantastic. The Worcester Bosch boiler they recommended is brilliant and so quiet, and the fitting engineer was incredibly efficient. A faultless service - can't recommend them enough, exceptional value for money. We will be using them now to service our boiler as we're so impressed.

Well what a fantastic experience from start to finish. The office staff were polite, friendly and efficient. The visiting engineer was very knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and advised us on our best course of action. The quote arrived very quickly and we were happy to be informed there would be no hidden costs. The installing engineers were brilliant, a very high standard of work and very tidy with it. They were respectful of our new carpets which was a relief! Would absolutely use again and highly recommend to others.

Gas and Air Technology installed a Worcester Bosch 18Ri for me just recently. I had previous got a quote from British Gas but decided to go with this company because of the good, local customer service. It all went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the new boiler - I can see from my smart metre that it's already saving me money. It took a day to do and all mess was removed. There was a delay in getting this particular boiler but I was kept informed and offered a similar alternative if needed but my old boiler kept going thankfully. This Company have continually let me down! Since they serviced my boiler it has never worked on the heating side! I have also had a new Expansion Vessel fitted still doesn't work same fault in fact when they did the service originally! They have said they can't come out to me till the new year terrible attitude and iv just got over a serious illness.

We had a huge project which some installers just didn't want to commit to. A really old oil boiler which was in the wrong place, hot and cold water tanks to remove, and a very small number of ancient, cranky old radiators covering some of our rooms. Thanks to Gas and Air Tech we now have a lovely, energy-efficient boiler and a modern heating system with radiators in all rooms. It was a job that went on for a week, but Gas and Air Tech thought through each step logically and worked in a methodical manner, minimised disruption to the house whilst working with old pipes and laying down new ones. John and his team couldn't have been more helpful and they explained everything along the way. They cleaned up after themselves as they went along and removed all rubbish. They really went the extra mile to get the job done, especially on the last day, calling in extra help and working late. All we had to do was keep the coffee flowing and sit back! Thank you Gas and Air Tech, it was a pleasure doing business.

This was the third time Gas and Air Tech have done work for me, and each time I've been very satisfied. Matthew, like all their engineers, was friendly and courteous and careful not to make a mess. He left his shoes at the front door. He was also very capable, and spent time after he'd fitted the radiators going round and checking for any problems, not leaving until he was satisfied and knew that I was too. The bill was exactly what I had been quoted. Overall very happy to recommend Gas and Air Tech.

We had our old combi boiler replaced by gas and air tech yesterday the work was done by Brian he was the most hard working guy he completed the work in one day and done a fantastic job I would highly recommend gas and air tech thanks so much for a lovely job done

From first contact with Gas & Air Tech, good communication with office staff, prompt survey visit by Nathan, good advice given. On day of installation, Craig and Jack introduced themselves, and prepared the working areas. working removing old boiler, flue and controls. Preparing to install new boiler in original position, ensuring that all pipework etc. was in the correct location for the new boiler. Craig and Jack were very professional in the way they carried out all the necessary work, keeping us informed throughout. Clean and tidy through the installation, removing and cleaning up after themselves. taking all rubbish away on completion. Will be recommending to friends in the future. On completion all necessary certificates have been emailed. Will be using them for all servicing in the future.

In June 2021 I decided to get quotes for a new replacement combi boiler. Having left 2 unanswered voicemails with my existing boiler engineer I went to other suppliers. On hearing I was going for a couple of quotes, one supplier refused to do an on-site survey and gave a price (within the range I had researched and expected) over the phone. Gas & Air Tech came promptly on the day and time agreed, surveyed and the following day sent a quote fully listing the work and the warranties. The price was extremely competitive. I placed the order, paid a small deposit and John came on the day arranged. I was encouraged by his thoughtfulness regarding my property, work rate, overcoming a couple of issues he hadn't expected and, at the end of the day, the boiler, new pipes, all conforming to the new regs was installed. Before John left, he totally cleaned the whole area and gave me a full demonstration. The following day I was emailed all the certificates and warranties required. You can probably tell this company has deeply impressed me. Without any doubt whatsoever I thoroughly recommend Gas & Air Tech. Ta
