Had a boiler issue just before Christmas. Andy was quick to respond to the enquiry & was out to see me quickly given the time of year & short notice. Within an hour, he had my heating & hot water working properly, probably saving me £100's over if I had left it for the fault to develop further. I found Andy's service polite, he responded quickly to the enquiry, did what he said he was going to on the day booked & I felt at all times that he was giving the right advice & carrying out the right work rather than making work which wasn't there. The price was also fair given the speed of response & time spent remedying the fault. All in all I can recommend this trader & will be using for my yearly boiler services.

Trader diagnosed problem practically immediately, ordered replacement part straight away (on line) called promptly next morning replaced part quickly and efficiently, noticed gas boiler was noisy adjusted settings and oiled parts. Boiler is 19 years old now sounds like new. Cannot praise highly enough.

I phoned the gentleman with an urgent request and he came within 30 minutes. He found the problem and sorted it. As my wife is disabled and we are both elderly, we needed the heating. A good job done at a reasonable price.

Mr. Ames was the third heating engineer I'd consulted after being advised that I probably needed an entire new system. He identified three seperate faults and remedied them and the system now works perfectly. I was relieved and reassured and think he is probably A MAGICIAN! My huge thanks to him.

Hot water failed on Friday night - Andy answered my Text on Saturday - BoilerMate 2000 diagnosed and thermistor replaced by 11:00 on the Monday. Can't beat that! Even if the whole BoilerMate circuit board had failed I probably would have been sorted by Tuesday night.

We have been having a recurring problem with our boiler for 18 months & Baxi have never been able to get to the bottom of it. Mr Ames was very thorough - spending 2 hours taking the boiler apart until he found & fixed the issue. Very impressed.
