New aircon system fitted in a commercial building. Work was carried out in a very sympathetic way to an old building so that the modern comfort of an air cooling / heating solution could be installed. Everything was done to schedule and to the agreed quote. It was a smooth process from the initial quotation and survey through to the end of the installation.

Our tenants reported a loss of hot water, but due to staff shortage our usual plumbers were unable to assist as quickly as we required. Gaslec stepped in and attended the same day, swiftly diagnosing the problem. A quote was promptly provided and on acceptance of this the part was immediately ordered. Once this was available, the engineer attended to fit this late in the day to ensure that the hot water supply was restored at the earliest opportunity. The service was superb, with full supporting information. The tenants were also very happy.

Gaslec have done our Landlord Certification for our boiler on the flat we rent out for the last 2 years. This year they also did a boiler service. Excellent and polite company to deal with on the phone, they then coordinated access to the property with our managing agent and tenant, turned up on time and did a very professional job. Thank you so much to Deen and all at Gaslec (Kent) Ltd for the excellent service they've provided me. I had a quite old combi boiler which broke down unexpectedly. After asking for engineer recommendations, I chose to call Gaslec and they quickly came out to investigate. Sadly, I did need a new boiler. Just two days later, Deen arrived and spent the day expertly fitting my new one. By that evening I was back in business with heating and hot water. Deen is an excellent engineer and his work is superb. He made virtually no mess and was very happy to leave the space clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have him in the house. Also, many Thanks to Ann and the admin at Gaslec for their very clear communications with costings for the new boiler etc. The whole thing went very smoothly. I'm so pleased. Cannot recommend Gaslec enough. Excellent service all round.

Dean arrived on time and completed an annual service of my boiler. He was very thorough and took his time stripping the boiler down and checking everything. He also noticed the pressure on my water tank was low and adjusted this for me. He seemed to do a lot more than previous engineers I’ve had in the past and it was nice he had a chat with us throughout. Won’t hesitate to use these guys again in the future! Highly recommend! I was very impressed with Dean who came today to service my boiler. He was very polite with good manners and friendly, plus his knowledge and sound advice regarding the workings of, and advice on how to maintain the right temperatures to get the most efficient ways to use the boiler, and with the best way to save on energy costs. He was in my opinion the best engineer I have had, and will definitely use him again going forward. I’m really happy with the experience of knowledge and attitude he has towards doing a really good job, and very comfortable to be around whilst doing just that.

Dean came to service my Worcester Bosch boiler that had not been done for three years. He took it apart and thoroughly tested it. He had to replace a gasket and the electrics, showing me the poor condition that they were in and he cleaned the vent which was badly clogged. He had the relevant parts on his van and soon had the parts fitted, the pressure tested and the casing reassembled. He also tested and adjusted the temperature on the hot water tank. As a separate job he also replaced the silicone seal around our shower tray. It was a very professional job. The amount charged was very reasonable considering the parts replaced, the work done and the time taken. Thank you very much, Dean - see you again next year!

Our old boiler finally gave up, so we called Gaslec as Shawn and Deen had helped us with it previously so they were our first go-to. As usual, the job was carried out efficiently. Everyone is polite and professional and although in the best possible way, we don’t want to see them too often, it’s always a pleasure when we do! Shawn and Deen go out of their way to help and make sure the job is done properly and to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We started using Gaslec Kent a few years back when we were replacing our kitchen and needed a pipe moved. We were really unsure who to trust, so turned to good old Facebook for recommendations, Gaslec Kent were recommended a number of times, so we went with them. Very friendly service, no job to big or small, we use them all the time now. What makes them stand out from the rest? Fantastic communication . Jobs completed in a timely manner. Will go above and beyond to get the boiler working again. Very friendly. Good prices. They also answered any questions I had. Would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs jobs doing, no matter how big or small!

Gaslec were contacted when my boiler started misbehaving. I knew they were local as their business had been mentioned by some neighbors. Our boiler had just packed up and i called in the hope it could be repaired. upon inspection it was unrepairable so they quoted for a replacement. Their quote was more competitive than the online places and after viewing the boiler Monday they were able to book us in and source a replacement Thursday. The engineer Dean who did the work was polite and courteous, worked neatly and worked from 8am to 8pm to get the job done, including setting up a wifi thermostat device and cleaning the system. Very Happy with the work and will use them to maintain this boiler from now on.

Shawn arrived bang on time. His friendly and professional service was impressive. He carried out a full service on my boiler and I have to say, that after seeing Shawn's work, I will never take out a maintenance contract with any of the well known companies again, and believe me, I have had them all over the years! As Shawn continued servicing and cleaning the boiler, it became evident that all the services that I had purchased in previous years from untold so-called major companies, were a waste of money. Shawn removed parts and cleaned them - I can tell you that his service was twice as efficient and thorough than any service I had on the boiler in previous years. I won't be taking out any boiler contracts in the future, but will instead keep Gaslec/Shawns number handy, in case of emergency (or annual boiler service).

After an awful experience with SGN, Octopus and BG Home Care, I used Gaslec to reconnect my gas supply and do a boiler service - great job and quick and very knowledgeable - i would definitely recommend to my family and friends and will use them again as required.

Gaslec came out to service our boiler. They were punctual and efficient. They also advised on another aspect of our heating system and were very helpful and informative. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Called Gaslec about a problem with a leaking pipe that I was trying to cap in order to have a room replastered. Shawn arrived promptly and rectified the leak, removed and capped the other pipe and then ensured that the boiler was up to pressure and the radiators were all bled to release any air. Overall, prompt and friendly service. Will use again and would recommended.

Deen serviced my boiler and I can honestly say that he was the most helpful and professional person that I have ever had in my house.

Our engineer for the job arrived at the agreed time and day. Dean our engineer prepared his work space and access to make sure any dirt or water was contained so no damage would be caused Within a short time the old boiler was out and had disappeared to the back of the van. New boiler quickly fixed wall and the pipe work that obviously needed rerouting was under way. Dean kept us up to date with how things were going. There was no fluffing around he kept the job going. My job was provide a cuppa only when there a break in the job. By mid afternoon we had a new working heating and hot water system. Dean going through the operation of the boiler and thermostat with us. He then tidied up and cleared his tools etc to the van. After he had finished the was no sign of him being there except for a new boiler on the wall Dean was a fine example of the team from GASLEC and they should be proud of workmanship and professional work.
